• Gingerbread update keeps failing

  This morning, I was prompted to download & install the new OTA update. I tried to do it 4 - 5 times now. Each time, he finished the download, restarts the phone to start the update, then when the update progress bar is about 1/2 of the way through, an icon with an exclamation point appears & then the update stops. The phone to start the usual product. Once completed starts upward, it displays a message indicating that the update failed.

  I really do NOT have to do a factory reset my phone just to get the update to install. Any ideas? Does anyone else have this problem?

• Update keeps failing, do I really need?

  I am a little tired of going round in circles, trying to find out why an update is constantly for installation but repeatedly fails without any help from the Troubleshoot utility to support the problem. I just end up going in a technological swamp that confuses me even more.

  The error code is 80070663 for the update labeled "update for .NET Framework3.5 SP1 for the .NET Framework Assistant 1.0 x 86 (KB963707).

  Please can I have a simple answer, thank you?

• Updates keep failing on me...

  Hello world

  Recently, I had to do a system restore on my laptop. After that, it was all back to factory settings and everything is fine, but when I go to install updates, I get a message saying that the configuration has failed and restores the previous settings. I wonder, since I restored it to factory settings, if I need to make a new set of recovery disks in order to update.

• Photoshop updates keep failing without explanation.  Can someone help me with this!  I can't find any useful content anywhere on the web... or here.

  Got a new computer, Photoshop disabled on the former, then downloaded and activated without any problems on the new computer.  He checked automatically updates available, and when he finished treatment through them, he said that everything has failed.  He suggested the problem setting in the list, but there is no error code and no problems listed. I am at a loss...  Have tried both a download and it does not help.  Of course this doesn't seem to be a recurring problem with many versions of Photoshop, but I can't seem to find a viable solution to my problem.
