• Cannot change the links applied to the text after the update of the MUSE

  This same event happened to me after you apply the update to MUSE before the update today, 08/01/2013.  All the links that are applied to the text on my web pages still exist, however, I cannot change.  The same situation applies to the associated ToolTip.  Please note that the links exist yet - I am simply unable to change after you apply the update today.  If I preview the page in a browser or that you publish the page, all the links work.  The only way I can apply a change is to remove each link and recreate.

  In addition, please note that links that I created in the vertical menu widgets appear very well!  I can view and edit them.  It seems that this problem only affects links applied to the text.  The images are included for reference.  Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.

  What version of Muse you were updated to? We made a few changes important UI hyperlinks for version 3, which came out a month ago, so the passage of the 2.x to 3.x would cause some of these issues. I'm trying just to rule out the possibility that the upgrade to 3.0 or 3.1 and 3.2 caused this, because just dot release had a bug fixes.

  I did the updates with the Muse 2014.3.2.11 and posted on the site host Net Solutions.

  Does anyone else have this problem? My thought is that the new version of the software is not recognized by database hosting.

  Any thoughts on how to fix would be greatly appreciated.

• New update of Adobe Muse made my Muse live site unusable

  I've updated to the latest version of Adobe Muse and since that time, my images are on-site or do not have do not at all.  Tabbed panels is no longer switch tabs and if I have anchor points the placement of signs are misaligned.  This has made my site unusable Adobe Muse live and I had to replace it with a site in HTML in an old format. All extracted properly when using site preview, but is ridiculous when downloaded on my online website.  I use a hosting service and not Business catalyst.  There's help on the horizon?  My muse site is saved in the new format, and now the old version will not open it.

  Export whenever your Muse site, you need to download all the files that Muse has changed. When you install an update of the Muse, the next export will export all the files. If you download only some export Muse files, your site will probably look like blurred when displayed in a web browser.

• Why can I no longer updated my Site created with the Muse?

  I had Adobe Creative cloud for a few years. I also have a Web site (http://www.amazineasheville.net) created with Muse and hosted by Adobe.

  Meanwhile, I could easily make updates and publish them on my site.

  Suddenly, three or four weeks, I no longer can get my updates of the website published on my site. Instead, I get the display options on a site that uses a businesscatalyst extension. I can't post to my actual website address.

  No matter what selections in the menu of Muse that I choose, I can't have my updates published on amazingasheville.net. Since June 19, I couldn't update my real site, just the version Business Catalyst of it, which is not visible to the public.

  What has changed? That's happened? What is going on?

  I don't have a site program that does not allow me to make changes easily!

  It had to do with the folder on the server. The Options menu after I clicked on publish showed a certain folder, and told me that I should just leave this entry blank. That seems to make the difference.

  Nancy, I think you were on the right track on the problem.

  There is also a new update (I remember correctly, it's dated July 20) dreaming that I saw for the first time today and applied, and which also seems to be involved in the solution. The person who called me Adobe said there have been some problems with the Muse that resolved the last update.

  I'm a writer, mostly books on the retirement and travel, not a Web site developer or graphic designer, 80 or 90% of Adobe Creative Cloud is so over my head and little value convenient for me, but to get a few components of CC I need, I have to buy a subscription to the whole.

  After the Muse 2016.2 update, I made some changes in a Web site, I'm trying, updated through publication > FTP host and now the site is unavailable. I get the following error messages in Chrome:

  JavaScript exception: error calling selection: TypeError: cannot read property 'msie' undefined.

  The site is: duplycopy.com

  I've attached a screenshot of the Chrome Console tab.

  We had to look more closely at the error that you get everywhere.

  It seems that the problem occurs because third party shopping widget on your page load a stripped down version of jQuery (the popular JavaScript library) that does not include a method of detecting browser (jquery.browser) which is needed for the sites of Muse:

  If you wish to continue using the third party widget, we recommend you reach out to the third party and inform them that if they want to load another version of jQuery that Muse loads by default it must load the entire library.

• Muse freezes when updating of the properties of the image.

  When I right-click on an image in the lightroom Gallery widget and get the image properties dialogue box, sometimes Muse freezes and I can't close the dialog box, which means I can't close the Muse.  It does not seem to be any rhyme or reason when it freezes.  Sometimes just after a few properties of the image update, other times after more than a dozen.  It doesn't matter if I'm changing the formats of office, tablet or phone.  The only solution is Force Quit Muse.

  I expect that you use OS X 10.8 or earlier? Muse 2015.0 and later requires OS X 10.9 or higher.

  One more thing, you can try is to create a new Admin user on your computer and sign in using this Admin user... You can run the update now? If Yes, then there are certainly a setting in your system somewhere that prevents the update of the event.

  If it also fails you may need to try a complete uninstall and reinstall: cleaning tool run CC and reinstall...

  If the CC cleaning tool reports any problems, check the log file they reference and remove all things left manually to your system.

  If it's a 32-bit computer, you can install Muse CC (version 7.4) and it cannot be upgraded to the latest versions that higher versions of Muse requires a 64-bit computer.

  If it's a 64-bit and if still not reclassification then there will be 2 possibilities.
