• After the upgrade to CC2015 Premiere Pro crashes everytime on the launch

  After the upgrade to CC2015 Premiere Pro seems to be the only program that does not work. It crashes every time on the launch.

  I am running Windows 8.1 on a laptop Alienware15.

  I have games updated for both driver.

  I had already tried the shift + alt method nothing helps.

  I had a discussion with Adobe online help. After they disabled my graphics card, the program of Premiere Pro worked again. I was told to get a different graphics card of their 'approved list' of the graphics card. When I refused this option they renamed some system32 file for a "solution" to this problem. From what I can tell, they renamed the 'OpenCL.dll' to 'oldOpenCL.dll '.

  It seems to work now. So, until further notice, this problem has been resolved.

• Unable to save the workspace in PS CC2015.5

  Just upgraded to CC2015.5 with a new install of Win 10 64 bit and clean installation of CC but I cannot save a custom workspace. I add a file name in the new workspace and it quickly goes back to 'essential' and my custome file name is not the case to be seen. Anyone able to help please?

  This is a bug related to the starting workspace. The workaround is to disable the workspace of beginning of preferences > General: uncheck "Show 'Start' workspace when no document is open.

• Exporter jsx as question menu binary causes in CC2015 PS

  I just upgraded to CC2015 of CS6 and were in the process of checking compatibility between my different addons, plugins and scripts etc.

  When using CS6, I created a little script using the ESTK CS6 & also, I shared this script on my Web page, but before sharing I exported the script in a jsxbin file to obscure the code and renamed the jsxbin as jsx file.

  It worked perfectly.

  Now with CC2015, I went through the same script ESTK CC, everything looked very nice, has exported once more as jsxbin binary, renamed to jsx & here's the question, using the not obscured script, the script is exactly the right place on my Scripts in CC2015 menu, but by using the results of the script obscured a positioning incorrect in the Scripts in CC2015 menu.

  so, once again, if I leave the code as this is the link to my script from the top of the drop down Scripts and it is named correctly as: Star Trail Stacker by 1 69 CM...

  If I have this code of scripts to export form binary using ESTK CC & renamed jsxbin jsx and then use that as a result of script, my script is still in the menu dropdown script but it is not placed on top I want, is actually located just above the script of statistics alphabetically integrated & is has been named just : Stacker truck electric star Trail but not like I need as described above.

  Is there a fix that would allow me to continue to hide my script but would still allow the script to appear in the menu postion I want?

• CC2015.1 recent files are not so open to LR.

  My photo normal editing process is basically raw editing in LR and then convert .psd and transfer to the PS for more detailed work.

  I did it with a number of images since the upgrade to CC2015.1, and these images do not appear in my recent files, either in the starting workspace, or on the file menu.

  The files I opened directly from PS appear.

  Is a settings problem or something else going on?

  Could clear you the list of recent files in Photoshop to file > open recent > clear recent the list of files.

• Synchronization of the Sites of CC2015 to CC2014?

  I have two CC2015 & CC2014 installed on my MacPro 2012 running the Mavericks.

  I had a number of Web sites I created in DW CC2014 and when I upgraded to DW CC2015, CC2015 shot in all of the previous site, which I had put in place. I keep CC2014 installed as well. So far so good.

  Since I upgraded to CC2015, I created a few new sites. Of course, they appear in CC2015, but these 'new' sites do not appear in DW CC2014 when I run it.

  Is it possible to get CC2014 to 'see' new sites that I created in CC2015 where I was using the old version to make changes?

  Unfortunately not. The synchronization works only in one direction toward the front. You can import settings from CC CC 2015 2014, but not in the other direction.

  To get the site in 2014 CC definitions, you need to go to Site > Manage Sites in 2015 CC, select the sites you want to import in the old version and export site definitions. You can export multiple sites in a single operation definitions, and each site will create an .ste file. You can then use the .ste files to import the site definitions in CC 2014.

  I know I have used CMYK and adjustments because I upgraded to CC2015, but now it is grayed out. When I upgraded, I noticed that I was getting the black boxes, which disappeared when I zoomed in and out, but still annoying. I found a fix for this, but change my treatment of graphics settings in preferences. Then my perspective string is grayed out, so I went to normal and that fixed, but now no matter what I do, CMYK is grayed out. I can convert to CMYK using an action that I put in place, but I would still like to use my settings.

  It is in fact a false alarm, I had a ton of doc. Open in PS and restarted PS and Modes are back. I would have thought to do this first.

  Well good if you found the solution and sure, depending on the RAM and how loaded your MAC is, some functions may be set aside. Sometimes my PS and 3D in order not to feel alone

  Windows, start your task manager, go to the process tab, then scroll to CCLibrary.exe * 32, select, and then click the button complete the process down to the right. It will ask if you really want to end the process, click on end process. The process restarts automatically and your libraries re - will appear in your CC applications.

  I'm having a problem when I try to use the function "change colors" in Adobe Illustrator CC2015.  I selects a section/items to be recolored, select "Edit colors > Recolor art" in the "Edit" menu

  When the 'Redefine' window, Illustrator automatically recolors the selected items without my choose what colors I want to change, or what color I would what they changed. It seems that illustrator applies the swatch/colors of something I last selected.

  This makes it impossible to change the colors. I have never had this problem with Illustrator before, looks like when everything started when I upgraded to CC2015.

  This is a bug and it is being investigated. As for now, you can click the eyedropper icon in the Recolorier Art dialog box to reset the graph.

• Why are they not CC2015 apps in the Applications folder?

  I upgraded to CC2015, but the applications are no longer in my Applications (Mac OS X) folder. Usually, I have them available through my Dock but that can not do more. All CS6 apps are there, however. Why do I still need? And, I have to be able to run the CC2015 even if it is not online. Confused!

  Found them. There are TWO records of applications for a reason, one with my CC App, Reader, and all of the apps CS6 loose on my hard drive, another who lives in my user folder... Where my confusion. I open the app and click with the right button on the icon in the Dock and clicked on 'show in Finder '. Primary school for some, but new to me. That's where Adobe installed them... even if others were installed elsewhere. I've thought about changing my preferences so they all go in the same folder, but I don't want to take any chances, so I'll leave them here.

  I have this workflow with a client:

  I create a few files in Illustrator

  Save them in PDF format (because these are usually directly to a printer, but guard Illustrator editing capabilities just in case)

  In case there are changes necessary, the client makes them to their end.

  Save again.

  Send to the printer.

  It used to work very well while we both had installed CC2014 (v, 18), but since I upgraded to CC2015 (and the customer is always with CC2014) PDF files not open properly... the dialog prompt as if they would not editable Illustrator files.

  I tried to save in a previous PDF version and did not work

  When I try to save as a different version of Illustrator that it seems that it is the same for all CC (from v17), in fact, if I save as Illustrator customer can open it correctly.

  There seems to be something that affect PDF files only.

  So... what I have to do is to save the files to PDF using CC2015 and to ensure that they can edit them using CC2014, no idea of what could be the problem?

  With this type of workflow you absolutely need both work in the same version. Illustrator files are not backward compatible.

  When recording in PDF with Illustrator editing capabilities in fact two files are saved under one: the PDF part and GOT it. The version of the part will always be the version that you are working in. So not backward compatible.

• How can I return to CC2014 once I installed CC2015

  I did the upgrade to cc2015, but then after I did this realized that I have a few Plugins Developer illustrator of a 3rd party that may not work, and of course once I tested what they no longer work as expected. Is there a way to downgrade or revert to cc2014?

• No option for decommissioning of Photoshop to Photoshop CC2014 CC2015

  I'm running an Enterprise edition of CC2014 of my employer. Earlier today, the Creative Director of Cloud notified keep me all my CC, and I proceeded to install. It is only after the installation of Photoshop that I realized the update was a real upgrade to CC2015. Fortunately, I managed to cancel all the other application updates on time. I have now thePhotoshop CC2015 trial installed, with the option to purchase this app. I followed the instructions to download and install Adobe Creative Cloud apps to downgrade to the previous version of CC2014, but when I try to do, Creative Manager of cloud gives me only options to install previous versions of edge animate, bridge and the extensions Manager and not Photoshop. The only option I have is to uninstall Photoshop CC2015, in the subcategory Latest Versions "installed".

  Any help that can be provided would be appreciated.
