  Dell Inspiron 1525 doesn't come with a fairly powerful graphics card that is required by the game, and he's using Dynamic video Memory Technology (DVMT), which shares the RAM for video. So you need more higher end graphic with RAM videocard for better performance.

  then browse to the location of the file -

  Log in as normal-

  Hello Papastew10, I don't think it's something that makes Windows Vista.  Sounds like that, it's something controlled by Mumble, so there should be some options for that somewhere.  If not but you might be able to substitute by right click on the speaker icon in the system tray and choose Open Volume Mixer, try to adjust the volume of World of Warcraft from there.
