  I am using Window7 and I got some of my encrypted files by opening the properties of the file and selecting the encryption option. I have not had any problems so far, but all of a sudden I can't open my encrypted files. There is an error message indicating "cannot open the document: user does not have access privileges. But I have no other user account on my computer and I am logged in with my administrator profile. I turned off my computer, rebooted and tried various methods, but when I open the file it shows the same message as above. Help, please?

  I'm new to Dell switches.   I created a user name and assigned a profile admin to give the user a subset of the commands that the user can perform.

  I would like to configure the switch so that when the user logs on, they are automatically in enable mode.   I think that this feature is configured in the configuration of the line of the console, telnet, and ssh.  While I can find documents that contain the defined controls, I have not found a document that includes a number of examples or explains the different options.

  You can use SSH public key authentication to create a key that will allow you to log in as your user without password from the devices that store the private SSH key and drop directly into privileged mode.   I can't log in with the user SYS via PL/SQL Developer. I get the message: ORA-01031: insufficient privileges. PL/SQL Developer is installed on Windows 7 Professional. Version of the Oracle Client is 11.2.0.1.0. However, I connect successfully with SYSMAN and SYSTEM.
  For those who may wonder if I try to connect 'as sysdba' when I use the SYS user, the answer is YES, I do.
  In addition, I think that the name of the tool (PL/SQL Developer) does not matter because I think I'm going to face the same error with any other tool (but I mentioned just in case).
  
  Server side, I have no problem with the SYS user. I can connect via SQLPlus with connect / as sysdba or connect "virtue sysdba" without fault.

  So your ORACLE_SID is planet but not DB11G2 , second password file must be located in $ORACLE_HOME/dbs location if you want to connect the planet of database/sid and therefore

  orapwd file= $ORACLE_HOME/dbs/orapwplanet password=syspass

  As you say since ROLES can mount cascade and CREATE SESSIOn privilege can be granted through roles, you must use the RECURSIVE technique to browse the hierarchy.

  I'm trying to set up some users with different privileges on 7505 router.

  I use the local aaa method on the 7505.

  I do not use a server RADIUS or GANYMEDE.

  I created some users with the privilege 15 and some with the privilege level 2 level but I want some users to have access only to the show command.

  The problem is that, if a level 2 to level 15 user activate password it may have full access. I want to disable the enable command 15 for all users of level 2 of privilege.

  Basically manually download the newest version installation file, right click and "run as Administrator". See if that helps.

  You can also go here - https://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/ click on the Player Download Center, UN-click the 'offer in option' (generally chromium) unless you want it as well, click on install, save it to your desktop, right click and run.

  Verification of the AV

  It can be worth updating your AV package and run a full scan and then download, install, update and run a full scan with (free) Malwarebytes . Just in case.

  Create 'end users' by selecting No for the user is an administrator of the workspace and the user is a developer account privilege options create new user accounts. These users connect to the APEX Application Builder. It can be given direct access to a request by specifying the ID of the application or alias to the URL:

  After giving "all THE PRIVILEGES" , I checked the user got exactly 200 GRANTS to only one.
