• Vector Art Question

  I have two images to vector art that should be combined into a single model of After Effects. One is a bottom plate and the other is a vector of a person. The slide of the person and the backround will go fuzzy with the text on top.

I'm looking for tricks that can be done in Photoshop to give it a dimension a little more.   If I understand you correctly, and you are wanting to create a real movement after effects comp, you can import your Photoshop file with vectors, or just the vector files individual, in After Effects, convert 3D layers, separate layers in 3D space and moving a camera through them to create what is called a 2.5 D effect.  If you are looking for tutorials of 2.5 D on the internet you can find dozens.  Here's the first example I found in a Google search.  It's more to make advanced 2.5 D animation and compositing, but just check and let us know if that's what you try to do...

  I have a logo created in Illustrator CS4. I saved the file for use in Microsoft Office using the 'save for Office", export as a .wmf and even save vector art in Photoshop as a .png. I can get a variety of formats to work well into Word documents.

  That is the problem. Finally, the Word document will be saved in PDF format. When the file is saved as a PDF (from Word), the color changes in the PDF file. How can I fix this? I tried to record the changes in the modes of rgb and cmyk colors, but the color when it hits Acrobat prints differently than the Word. It drives me crazy and I can't understand it.

  I do this often enough and export to Illustrator in .wmf format. I get the necessary transparent background, no problem of pixel, and the graphics are crisp. Clip art from Microsoft Office is about all .wmf formatted, so I thought that it would be compatibility problems and there is no. This is perhaps an approach that will work easily for you.

  Before that I installed Photoshop CC 2015 in Windows Explorer (Win 7 64-bit) I could open a photo with Photoshop CC 2014.  Now, I am not gave the possibility to open the picture with Photoshop 2015.  I would add PS 2015 to the list of options without removing the current options.  Sometimes, I want to open the picture with the Windows Photo Viewer.

  My H/W is Dell XPS 13 / 9350, i7/6560U, 16 GB of RAM, Intel Iris 540, win 10 Pro (x 64) Ver.1607.

  I was running on Photoshop CC 2015 until recently updated to 2015.5 CC.

  I have had no problem of what Photoshop if running before the update.

  After the update I get corrupted photos photos 2 and 3 out of 10 when I run the Batch of sharpness.

  
  (the rectangular size is the same, but color, opacity or numbers vary from photo to photo...)

  This corrupt trend occurs more frequently especially if I run another photo, navigation program.

  The funny thing is, if I have smart sharpen with legacy checked above trend does not occur.

  But then I can't use function 'Noise' because it disappears if "Legacy" is ticked

  It also completely disappears if I uncheck the GPU or OpenGL in preferences, but there

  about 5 times as long to do the job.

  FYI, I have the latest video driver from Dell.

  If someone out there have a smart solution, it would make my day!
