I'm a (paying) happy user of Skype for the past 7 years, and it is pretty central to my work as a tester of computer software. I noticed the new behavior very recently where Skype just stop with any kind of message that I saw, and if I do not realize and restart the application, the people I work with who just thinks I'm offline.
