• Why yellow disappears from the graphics when the project is published?

  Our Captivate 6 project has two images which include the yellow color (ffff00).  One is a .bmp and the other is a .png file.   When the project is published on our Adobe Connect Server or in a file SWF (Adobe Flash player 10) the yellow color becomes white on the output.

  What is the cause and how to fix this?

  Captivate does everything in his power to be friendly bandwidth so that the end user doesn't have to wait for masses of data to be transferred down the wire. This framework is to define the quality of sliding to the lowest. You may need to adjust to be optimized in order to obtain the yellow to render correctly.

  It will affect the size of the resulting a little file, that's why you are notified by a dialog box. But if it's a slide here and there, set the quality and see if yellow returns. (Drag the Panel properties, General section)

  If you adapt to almost all the slides you want to click Edit > Preferences > project section > size SWF and quality.

• Table of contents, do not update when the project is saved

  The Table of contents is not save when the project is saved. To view the saved changes, I have to close and reopen.

• Why are the table of contents will not appear when the project opened on the intranet?

  One of our projects RoboHelp 9 not open when the table of contents is open on the left.  It doesn't have a link that says 'Show', but the favorite opening would have the table of contents already developed.  All other projects pave the way.

  I have "Show Navigation pane link in topics" box on the settings WebHelp Navigation page. I adapted all webhelp settings to another project that opens correctly.

  What else can we do?

  Hi all

  If I create the project using business process 'Request for project' and when we opened the project, we can see "Project delivery" and "Cost control" mode records.

  But when I create project directly in the workspace of society (Admin mode) > company sponsored Shell > project, either by directly or copy model or another project.

  We are not able to see above two folders in user mode.

  I had checked to access control, there are access avalible for all project users to the two folder in user mode.

  Hi all

  I ran into an interesting question and have not been able to solve for a long time... wonder if anyone has any input to share.
  We have created a program of training with Captivate 5 and included within some developed with HotPatotos6 learning activities. Everything works fine, however, when I publish the project I get this warning message:

  The following files/projects are related to the open project. The related files/projects may require export.

  Path:

  [C:\Documents and Settings\maurom\Desktop\CST_III\follow_up.htm (slide 17)]

  It is also important copy all referenced files and projects with their file HTML in output folder.

  I made sure bring more in the folder buplished times the file display htm and HotPatato6 working files and everything works fine when I run the project to the folder on my computer. However, the problem starts when I load the project on the training site. On the site, everything still works perfectly, but these files developed htm wit Patatos6 Hot do not open. At first it seems right that there is a broken link, wait until the link is here.

  Someone has suggestions ideas to share on this?

  If I read this right, you have something on slide 17 which points to this .htm, is that correct?

  It seems that the object is pointing to the location on your drive C, an absolute location.  When the .swf is on the web server, it seeks a C:\documetns and folders\etc etc. on the server to training.

  You have to give a relative path.  If you put the .htm files in the same directory as your .swf, you should be able to simply point the target to the .htm itself, remove all C:\documents and settings\etc etc.

• How can I make orders save their State when the project is closed?

  I am currently working on the program for a compact RIO which will be used with a variety of instruments. Some data on each of these instruments calibration must be entered into the program via the controls on the front panel, so they can produce the correct value (for example, the input range and a pressure transducer units are required for the program to a scale of 4-20 my reading in a pressure reading).

  The problem that I am running is that, every time I close the project and open it again, all calibration checks back to their default value. What I want to do is to save their State whenever the program is closed so that if you reopen the project without changing the material you don't have to re-enter the calibration values. Can someone tell me how this can be done automatically?

  I know that this can be done manually by saying to each control to set the current value to its default value, but I'd rather not have to do whenever we change the calibration constants. Ideally, the user does not have to use the context menus like this.

  
  

• Message when the project with external link display

  I am very fimiliar with Robohelp 6 options. As I've updated from version 6 or 7, things were different. I have a huge project webhelp which consists of many subprojects, in most of them, there are hyperlinks to each other.
  the problem is that whenever I open a project that references an external subject, a message appears saying: (the hyperlink... used in... is outside the flow of the project and do not appear in the project manager)

  This is a standard message and if you like the links are good, there is an option to disable the warning.

  I suspect that you turned off in RH6 and installation for RH7 just brought.

• Why the sound is different when the project is exported?

  Hi all. It's me again. Because you are always so useful, I need your help with another problem. I just finished a wedding, publishing and towards the end of the ceremony, the sound is fine when you work in Final Cut, but when I export, the game becomes heavy and distorted. Any suggestions on why this is happening and what to do? I've never had this happen before. It is a client, and to do here tomorrow afternoon at the latest. Thanks for your help!

  We have seen that this several times here on the forum but it's never happened to me. I believe that the proposed solution was to remove the shape clip your scenario and replace it form the browser; Make sure that the audio in the browser reference file is good before do you. You can export a range of test history.

  You can also try to delete the files of the project.

  It may take a few hours more for fans to offer other suggestions.

• Premiere Pro never sends PF_Cmd_SEQUENCE_SETDOWN when the project is closed?

  I'm working on a plugin for video filter written with the SDK of AE, which is supported on the AE and organization. Tests with the Organization CC, Mac OS 10.9.

  We need to know when our plugin is no longer used in the GUI. A base case is, the user chooses new project and the project that was using our plugin is closed.

  
  Æ send us a PF_Cmd_SEQUENCE_SETDOWN when this happens, but the same plug-in in Premiere Pro, which never sends. In fact, Premiere Pro never send any command to our entry point function when the document is closed, or a new document is created.

  Has anyone another vu cela, and is there a way to do work, or (as a workaround) a reliable way to know the status of the use of the plugin in Premiere Pro?

• Captivate 5 can not move typing text (wrong location when the project is rescaled)

  In order to view the entire screen for my project, I have to record higher resolution (1024 x 768), and then resize the project (800 x 600), because the project is too large for the server to manage (if I do not resize).  When I resize the project that typing text does not appear in the correct location and (!), you cannot move the text type to the correct location in Captivate 5... or can you?  You will notice in my screen print below, is not only the text in the wrong location, it is in fact COMPLETELY off the screen... Help!

  Please can you check which version you are using? The current version is 5.0.1.624. If you have not yet installed the patch released in December 2010, do it. It is possible using help, updated. I tried the workflow of a project with an object hits the scale reduction and it resizes correctly without changing the location. I activate the option "resize legends,..." and other objects.

• RoboHelp corrupt files when the project is hosted on the network

  I am posting this discussion because I am hoping there is someone out there with an alternative to houseing the project on a local drive and then move our group to work on individual items (as shown here http://forums.adobe.com/message/2952211). This isn't a solution because it creates other problems, custom, moving them from local drive to local disk was corrupted?  In addition, we need to work on the project at the same time.

  Please help with a better solution to work around it and don't forget to have a nice day :)

  The only way that you can have multiple authors is to use a form any of sections in source control (such as RoboSource) control input/output as they are worked (locally).

• almost high definition video and menu title comes out blurry when the project completed

  I have been using first 10 elements since it came out and was happy until this week.  I use elements to assemble my daughters school performance for archive purposes only.  I'm working on his last play and Act was beautiful and clear, once completed earlier this week.  However, Act two will come out blurred, including the menu title and other text and the burned dvd came out very blurry.  I tried to compare the Act one and now the preview of the title menu also shows a video blurry so I know that burning will be blurred as well.  Please help as I am tired of always redo the changes.  Thank you

  My apologies for taking so long to answer. I want to thank very you much for your help and your patience.  I was able to solve the problem, although the two acts are engraved on dvd differently.  I tried to burn law on two using the achvd mode and all is well.  First used a disk of 8 GB and 4 GB, and the two were comparable, in fact better than the Act which had been burned just like a dvd.

  Success and always happy with 10 first.  I confess that I bought the first 13 as a possible option, but did not open.  I'll research a bit more the difference between 10 and 13 to decide if I want since I'm tempted by the shakey eliminator mode (which was visible on my Act one and two - even with a tripod).

  Would appreciate any comments on the difference between the first of 10 and 13.

  Once again thanks a lot for your help.  He got my mind in the right direction for other treatment options, and I'll ignore the before preview blur.

• When the project closed, PE10 screen is grey - can it be clear?

  I have just switchd to PE10.  In my old version, when I closed a project, there was no gray background, that is, I could see and click on my desktop Mac and quickly find another photo to work on.

  Now, with PE10, there is a grey background/slate that covers this, and I smiled autour and clidk "hide photoshop elements" or do a combination of keys.  Believe it or not, it's a lot of time when you try to manage a large number of photos.

  How can I make the gray background disappear?

  Sorry of course this option is no longer exists. I think that on the Mac, the window menu can do what you want. Try to check/UN-checking Framework Application and see what things look like.

• Is there anyway to customize the screen to "play" when you create the project responsive for Tablet and mobile?

  I was wondering if there is an easy way to customize the screen button "play". Currently, when the project is considered on the mobile, it displays the button on the large central room with the gesture icon in the upper right. Essentially my client do not like this, and although they don't have a landing page before moving in the course, they would prefer the page to be better integrated in the style of running. Basically, I want to put this page in a title page that shows a picture of background rather than having a white background all.

  I had a glance through the preferences and settings and have failed to find anything, so I thought I'd come and ask here see if someone else has done something similar before you start messing around with the release of HTML5.

  Any ideas or solutions would be very welcome!

  Publish fewer setting/start and end, if you deselect the AutoPlay option, you can navigate to a picture that you want to use.
