Video link continuously to play inside PDF

I'm not having any success by placing a .mp4 streaming video link in Acrobat X Pro which will play (not embedded) inside the PDF file. My client gave me some links and the field of the video tool accepts it, but nothing plays. I can download and incorporate the actual file to my desktop fine. Be a designer feel long, this is my first attempt to create an ebook with video from an existing print project - so I have little understanding of formats, the server behavior and others. Can someone help me?

The http link works in theory, but you're not continuous, it is there forever while you download the file before starting playback (and I suspect that the http server is the limitation of the data).

With the FMS stream you're almost there but you hit a bug in the released version of the video player, as well as the very obscure widget way write us addresses Adobe Flash Media Server.

First, pick up a copy of our free update of the widgetand follow the instructions to change the default swf file.

Now that enter in the URL field when you create a new video annotation in Acrobat format:

RTMP://yourserver. URL/FolderName/MP4:ebooks/gedc__000122.MP4

The extra "mp4:" is called an instance name and is required if the installation of FMS did not turn on support virtual folder - that didn't you.

    This seems to happen on all the Youtube video I play. I don't know other videos because I rarely find out all others. When the video freeze arrives that the download bar is always before the bar of games so I don't think that download is the problem. However, when frost occurs, the download bar stop moving. Hello

    Some problems with Flash video playback can be resolved by disabling hardware acceleration in Flash Player settings. (See this article for more information on using the Flash plugin in Firefox).

    To turn off hardware acceleration in Flash Player:

    1. Go to the Adobe Flash Player help page.
    2. Right-click on the Flash Player logo on this page.
    3. Click settings on the shortcut menu. The Adobe Flash Player settings screen opens.
    4. Click the icon in the lower left of the Adobe Flash Player settings window to open the display panel.

    5. Remove the enable hardware accelerationcheck box.
    6. Click close to close the Adobe Flash Player settings window.
    7. Restart Firefox.

    This Flash Player help - display settings page contains more information about the Flash Player hardware acceleration, if you are interested.

    Yes, it is a bug on our end. This is the result of a fix for another bug, we had.

    The original bug was when a user had a game video in a lightbox and click to the next slide or closed the light therapy device, the video continues to play in the background. We tried several approaches to solve this problem, but given that we cannot achieve in embedded iFrames (a rule of Internet Security) and that you do not have a video widget dedicated, it is not a good way for us to stop the videos that works universally (no specific Youtube/vimeo/etc.). The method with which we came was to detach and reattach the video element using jQuery, which resets the video to its original state. Unfortunately, this also triggers autoplay behavior currently. Is clearly not ideal behaviour, and we are brainstorming ways to solve this problem. We will keep you posted on any developments in the situation; at the same time, having the video not autoplay value is the best solution.

    Sorry for the inconvenience,

  • darn video continues to play

    I enclose a film library with:

    two_btn.doubleClickEnabled = true;

    two_btn.addEventListener (MouseEvent.DOUBLE_CLICK, fitwo, false, 0, true);

    function fitwo(event:MouseEvent) {}

    trace ("One");

    var interaction2:interaction2_mc = new interaction2_mc();

    this.addChild (interaction2);

    interaction2.x = 0;

    interaction2.y = 0;

    }

    The library has a video. When I close (unloading) the film with

    exit_btn.addEventListener (MouseEvent.CLICK, fexit);

    function fexit(event:MouseEvent):void {}

    this.parent.removeChild (this);

    }

    My attached movie video seems to continue to play (he is visually removed, but the darn responsible film continues to play the sound in the background).

    How can I remove noise, but more important still, how can I be sure that it has discharged my attached clip?

    Thank you

  • 2015.3 CC - have lost all the file audio problems video / links too

    I've upgraded to 2015.3 this morning.  Started working with a project that was shot entirely with a Panasonic GH2... and have never had any problems with it. Now in 2015.3, the project opens with none of the video on the timeline linked to their respective folders. When I try and make the link... video links and there is a message that tells me the audio isn't there... specifically the message is: the selected file contains audio media used by clip references in one or more sequences. These references to audio clip will be deleted and cannot Ωtre annulΘe. Do you want to continue? OK Cancel of course that I have to cancel, not knowing if the audio will be permanently deleted. Files from the GH2 are .mts files and it is certainly audio when played with a media player. So my question is... is this a problem with the format .mts or it's Adobe. I'm afraid to open another project that has files, .mxf or mp4 and brought them to the point completely dissociated.  Here is a screenshot.  Can I just go back to 2015.2 until find you it?

I have to stop playback and restart. Also, string stabilizer would not be made on one of my clips. Should he hold PP6 and try it rendered as a new clip.

  • Continue to play after FLV download

    Hello world!!!

    I have an air project that every seconds reads a txt file. Depending on the contents of this file, it loads an external swf file (the contents of the file is changed to an external program periodically)

    Each external swf file gots a flvplayback2.5 within which charges and play a video flv (everthing done locally).

    The problem comes when the contents of the txt file changes and I have to unload the previous swf and load a new.

    Despite the new swf loades cheek while I can still hear the audio of the previous swf file plays in the background.

    For the project, I haven't used that one charger in which I load external swf files. Before loading another swf in there, I call the Loader.unload () but no luck.

    I thought that this method would also eliminate the loaded object, but the reference Adobe on the said unload() method:

    "Removes a child of the Loader object that was loaded by using the load() method.    The property of the associated LoaderInfo object is reset to null.     The child is not necessarily destroyed because other objects can have references to it; However, it is therefore more a child of the Loader object.

    As a best practice, before you unload a child SWF file, you must close explicitly any watercourse in the child SWF objects, such as LocalConnection, NetConnection and NetStream, Sound objects. Otherwise, audio in the child file SWF can continue to play, even if the child SWF file was unloaded. To close the stream in the child SWF file, add an event listener to the child who listens to the

    Unload event. When the parent callsLoader.unload (), the unload event is dispatched to the child. »

    It's ok, but another problem rises!

    I don't know how interal structure of the external swf file is, beacause the customer gave me only the compiled swf (I guess that there not a lot inside the swf, I think that only the control FLVPlayback instance, but if I don't know the name of the flvplayback I can't call any method stop on this subject).

    So you know any method to unload the swf file loaded, brutally destroying, regardless of where he's hiding himself in the dark and mysterious jungle of Flash Player?

    Thanks in advance!

  • His continuing to play on Youtube?

    Hello
    As of today (or at least I noticed it today), whenever I look at a video on Youtube, the video sound will continue if I click to go to another page on Youtube and will stop if I click to go to another video (or the first video ends, of course). For example:
    (1) I watch a video.
    (2) I click to access a non-YouTube video page, for example a profile or the Youtube homepage.
    (3) the sound of the video in step 1 is not yet.
    (4) However, once I click to go to another real video, the sound of the video in step 1 stops.

    I tried to see if this happens in Mode without failure, and this always happens when the browser is in Mode safe.
    I also tried to see if the problem occurs on any other browser. This is not - the question is limited to Firefox.
    I also tried to see if this problem occurs with Youtube embedded videos on other sites like Tumblr or Facebook. It is not the case - the problem seems to be confined on the main Youtube site.

    Thus, while it is not the most embarrassing or hamper as a result of the problems, I would like to know... How to solve this?

    EDIT: Just a few things:
    (1) I tried "from a clean slate" in terms of Flash (I tried the 'clean install' they have on their help FAQ)
    (2) the problem has its own form, when viewing Youtube videos on other sites, if it manifests as the video simply do not play.
    (3) I'll be doing today (Saturday) and tomorrow (Sunday) most, so if I don't respond not with at the moment, this does not mean that the problem has been resolved.

    I still have the question above - the editing was just to provide more information that I have forgotten or discovered.

    Hi ponyparty, happened to me as well until I updated the second patch of firefox 27. I found it was reported while he was in the nightly so version: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=738123 however, version 28 it is not reproducible if I am not logged in. He did it last week and it complies not more. Please update or download the beta and see if it still happens.

    • The latter should be solved *.
