• Vimeo embed - Remove Black bars top and bottom

  I used the widget Vimeo to embed videos on my Adobe Muse site. I use BC as the hosting platform.

  A black bar appears on all my videos on the top and the bottom. The videos are 1280x720p. Site Overview vimeo this is not the case so I think this is the result of the parameters Vimeo Widget of Muse. It does not matter how big or small, I make the widget area, this is the case.

  I can't find anywhere of Firebug which gives me the opportunity to change the fill or margin to change this.

  I have a video embed of the vimeo. But the latest version of Firefox (15) users cannot click on the room. Someone knows why?

• Fixed provision ePub - please help me embed videos and/or use overlay Folio with web content

  I have a file In Design to create a printed book (11 "x 11") and decided to use CC 2014 to create a layout fixed ePub 3 for a digital version.  I converted the book on minor issues of having to change the font and it is very beautiful.

  I want to add videos at the end of the book to take advantage of the flexibility of the digital format.  I create a slideshow of my photos year-end and host them on Vimeo.

  I tried the following:

  Using the standard Vimeo include the code in an HTML element

  The use of the old flash Vimeo embed code and conversion to HTML - worked great on iBooks on Mac but not on iPhone/iPad as based on flash

  Accommodation and a link to the videos on my own web server and using the media - link to video mp4 file

  Accommodation and a link to the videos on my old server of smugmug.com photo

  I can integrate real videos, but to their smaller size, they increase the file size of the ePub to 78 MB, 400 MB...

  I thought then that I would use an Overlay Folio - Web Content.

  The idea is to use this blank page on my site that would look for all purposes useful to another white page in the book - 2012 slideshow - Oren photography

  The overlay works in preview but not Folio when exporting as an ePub

  Is this a limitation of the ePub format?

  Any help/advice/suggestions on fixing this are greatly appreciated.

  The format of Vimeo is not supported when you place in InDesign.

  Overlays using Folio is a feature of the DPS, which is not supported in EPUB files.

  With the help of streaming video is not a good idea because it presupposes that the EPUB reader is connected to the Internet. Most people expect an EPUB content will be autonomous.

  I would like to used embedded in MP4 format videos, but use Adobe Media Encoder to Downsample to reduce their file size.

  A slideshow of images should be no problem, and you can create them with the Group of objects. You can create buttons to control the slide show display.

  I make a scene to animate sensitive edge, which has a video Vimeo embedded inside, and will have images animated in front of and behind the video player for added wow players. So far so good...

  The problem is I want the player to stay on a scale sets (500 x 281)...

  Once that work I would also control some images in the scene as to whether they are suitable or not.

  I tried setting a Min and Max width my container in which the Vimeo Embed code is running, but they don't stop the rectangle of scaling at all.

  Here is my test project:

  I add the final code to Wordpress using the plugin Wordpress called 'edge Suite"(developer version) that is mentioned in a tutorial Adobe.

  Here is a site that got exactly what I want to do... Notice how the boatson of the foreground layer are on a fixed scale and position. The embedded video vimeo a scale fixed but still centered. Mountains entirely sensitive position.

  Any ideas on how they have implemented it are welcome... but of course understand if it is beyond the scope of the instance of Adobe.

• Do all pages adjust automatically; suggestions

  Hello, my name is Chris, I am new to the forums and hope to have fun to learn here.

  I try to get my buddys site pages automatically adjust to any size screen. I watched this qustion and found many discussions <-with the same question. According to me, the question has been answered correctly, but the link it designates is no longer available, so I can't understand it.

  
  Some info about my installation:

  I use Dreamweaver CS5 & Fireworks CS5on OSX Lion. I have another friend who did all the graphics in PhotoShop CS5and sent all completed pages in jpeg format. What I did from there, is imported every page in Fireworks to create Web slices to make links clickable and exported html and images in their correct locations. So far, which was fine, all appears as expected. The only thing is to get the pages to always adapt to any size. I'd just post the code here, but I'm away from my real machine, and the site itself is not, why I posted my installation so I took action. Sorry if this is too much or not enough.

  Any suggestions? Wouldn't it be better take me to import a PSD in Fireworks? I also put a few videos on the page. Would it be possible to have a Vimeo player on a selected area? Any help and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

  Welcome to the forums.

  The only thing is to get the pages to always adapt to any size.

  Fagetaboutit.  Images don't resize browser window unless the visitor agrees to the function of their browser Zoom (Ctrl +++).

  Decide who your target audience is.  For laptop users / average office, a width of 1000px and Center page will go up most of the views without invoking a horizontal scroll bar.

  Not really.  I use Pshop to all my images.  Some people prefer secret.  Make your choice.

  Upload your videos to Vimeo.  Copy the Vimeo embed code from their website.  In Code view, paste the embed code into your HTML code.

• What firefox will be able to support html embed files in the tags again?

  A previous question answered here who said that firefox does not work with the html files to embed tags. This is a problem that is currently under development, or only Firefox supports just ain't it?

• Vimeo does not load correctly, just the version base HTML; Vimeo support cannot resolve the problem, says that's not on their end. I can access through Chrome.

  Unexpectedly, a few weeks ago, I wasn't able to load the Vimeo page, it loads just the HTML version of basic (white page with all the links in blue, one under the other); I can not connect as it is says my "form session has expired', which apparently refers to the cookies. Vimeo support have been troubleshooting for more than a week and none of the suggestions changed one thing, while they have concluded the problem is not on their end.
  I have cleared the cache, cookies and history, there is no Add ons, I reset and restarted Firefox in safe mode, I uninstalled and reinstalled the browser, nothing has changed. I have no problem with any other site and Chrome can be accessed, but I prefer to stay on Firefox.
  I installed a previous version of Firefox (3.6.26) and he let me load the Vimeo page, but since it has exceeded it would cause problems with some links, so I'm back to version 29.
  Any help would be greatly appreciated, as that becomes quite annoying for me.

  If you use extensions (Firefox/tools > Modules > Extensions) which can block content (e.g., Adblock Plus, NoScript, Flash Block, Ghostery) then make sure that these extensions are not blocking content.

  You can check the network and the Net log log in the Inspector (Firefox/tools > Web Developer) to see which files are blocked and display a file of size zero.

• Vimeo Widget: Embed invalid Code

  I am trying to embed a video on my site using the vimeo widget. I downloaded my video on vimeo, copy the ID of the video, and then glued in the vimeo ID section that the widget calls for. The widget does not play the video and bed 'Code Embed for invalid video'. I tried to find an answer and saw an old net saying: it could be the theme WP stripping the ID on. Not sure same meaning. Looking for a solution to at least what is the problem. Thank you.

  auto script is just a bit picky... you want only the last part of the number, not all www etc.

  I inserted my showreel, his works fine, but now I tried to incorporate other 3 videos, they all happen to "oops for this video embed code does not work.

  I am using a model with a full-screen video landing page, but I am unable to join Vimeo video to connect. Error message says "type mime or video format is not supported.

  I downloaded successfully on Vimeo however when published in the catalyst and preview the message error "type mime or video format is not supported." appears.

  What is a format problem? I want to emphasize I use a model of Museworld as I am not a designer or graphic artist just an another noob. @

• Looking for a MUSE model to embed HD video hosted on Vimeo

  I'm looking for a clean, fresh model for a very simple Web site that will contain the integrated HD video to Vimeo.  I use CC MUSE, 2015.1.2.44, CL 798912, on an iMac OSX Yosemite 10.10.5 running 2014.  Basically I want a clean start page that can give us a mark of video sharing site that we host on Vimeo Pro Business.

• What is the best way to embed a Vimeo video?

  I have a video that is on Vimeo, and I don't want to use YouTube - is there a way to do it without having to download on another site?

  I had a search for connectors of cloud, but does not

  You can use the static content cloud connector and an iframe, but you would get all DBL from that.  That said, you can go to Vidyard.  I'm sure that with Vidyard you can download content from Youtube, and I guess they are able to manage both the Vimeo.  I'm still to learn about them, but ianhutchinson could keep me honest.

• I am trying to embed vimeo files but they appear with black borders on the left and right edges

  On vimeo, videos are in the right proportions. But as soon as I bring the videos in Muse with a video widget, a black border appears on the left and right sides.

  Help with the help of Adobe Muse CC

  The iframe that contains the video is set on a height of 650px. The proportions of your video is 16:9. Width of the video is of 1155. 1155px 650px x is 16:9, so your video is displayed correctly. If you were to try to force the video to fit on the edges left and right, someone viewing on a screen smaller than your will see the black bars at the top and bottom.

• Reflow support swf embed or import?

  We have a few movies and swf we would like to include in the page will be redistributed support this?

  Currently we are looking at edge animate and import files of the OAM. You can always insert a box as a placeholder for where you would have framed the movies and the swf and replace the code when you go to prodcution. We can add support for more generic object html after the insertion of the OAM, but I don't know when it will come on our backlog.
