• How can I view source on an app (preferably before you install)?

  An app for Firefox OS is programmed in HTML and JavaScript. So, just like a Web page, I should be able to view the Source, right? This has always been the approach of empowerment of Mozilla, as far as I understand. View Source is ideal for learning by example (just like how I originally learned HTML!), but also for open audit. Ideally, I would like to be able to look over the code until I agree to install.

  I use Firefox 24.0.

  1.) get in Firefox.
  2.) open any page you want to view the source code.
  3.) after full opening of the page "right-click" then you can see the source view of the page, click on it to see the Source of the page.

  Maybe with my last update of FF, this feature has been removed in the upgrade.

  To get the Source of the Page view window:

  • Right-click in an empty space on the web page and select "View Page Source"
  • CTRL + U
  • Click Firefox > Web Developer > view Page Source
    • If you use the button instead of the Firefox Menu bar, click Tools > Web Developer > Page Source

  You have several old Java Console extensions Java did not cleanup during updates (see Add-ons > Extensions). You can delete them manually, If you do not have Java development work or debug web pages, Java applets:

• What happened to 'view source' in the web browsers?

  Web browsers used to have "view source" under the view menu so that you could see the code that made you to the top of the page looked. I have a site I need to re - build, but the owner has no original file and the company that hosts the site needs passwords that are no longer available. I need to completely rebuild the site and it would be useful to have at least the source code.

• Issue of "View source" on right click on html in windows control panel.

  I created a panel of html for versions of Photoshop CC. When I open the Panel and right-click on it, there are four menu item.

  -Back

  -Forward

  -Print...

  -View source

  First of all, three are disabled. When I click on the last point, it will open the html code in Notepad.

  I see this problem on windows only. Nothing happens on a right click in mac.

  Is this a bug?

  Is there any solution for this? While no context menu appears on a right-click in the windows html Panel.

  Right-click anywhere on any page of a dashboard, and select view source. It will open a page like saw [0]... where all the codes used and the sources are available. As if you select 'Clear' it... you will get a code to clear my selection that you see in the dashboard 'Page Option'

  This is useful for finding the source xmls/codes n all. Try it once...

  I just realized you were testing the STORM.

  So, it's a little different.

  1 simulate - Blackberry - left-coast-to the top tile.

  2 goto Web page

  3 menu - see the keyboard

  4. keep the! 123 button clicked until it displays a lock icon in the upper left corner

  5. click on 3? $4

  This shows the source in the storm
