  Uninstall the volume license key!  My problem is: I have an older version of windows xp, there is a stivker on what said designed for windows from microsoft 98' I'm trying my best to upgrade to all new windows stuff, keep in mind, I don't know anything about computers!  everything is upgraded to what I'm doing! but everthing that I said that I have a vlk that is blocked! I am trying to download internet explorer 8 and the service pack 2 update, and it won't let me do no more!   Please try to download the application and activate it.

  If you encounter a problem, then you can contact customer service.

  Make sure that connect you to your Adobe ID, under which you have Acroabt license and choose the product in the list.

  Then select chat or call option under "still need help? Contact us. "

  If you are unable to retrieve your serial number and the installer through the links provided by John, you can contact customer service via chat. Cat representatives are unable to technical troubleshooting for older software like Acrobat 9, but they can get your serial number or answer questions about licensing.

  If you look at these images under license on the website of stock, they will appear as a watermark. However, if you save on the office/MyLibrary, then open, you should not see the watermark.

  1. What do you mean by computer crashed? Do you get any error messages?

  2. is the computer, a laptop or desktop?

  It seems that your version is not the latest.

  Check help / about... what version it reads.

  It should be 2015. (9.2.0 build 41)

  Otherwise, please update your version via app updates... or cloud in respect of aid.

  In this case, please check if you can still get the disc from the manufacturer of the computer. However, if it is no longer available you can get a replacement CD from Supplemental Parts team of Microsoft to the 800-360-7561 they are open Monday to Friday from 05:00 to 07:00 pm Pacific time. They will be able to help you to get the drive.

  A few months ago my NB100-12 caught a bad virus and stopped completely startup in windows. So, I downloaded ubuntu on another computer and installed on my nb100 via a USB key. I now want to put windows xp on the laptop I have the original CD of restoration came with the laptop but I don't have access to an external USB CD/DVD drive? Is it possible using another computer that I can put on a USB recovery CD and start from there to recover my system NB100s.

  Any help is greatly appreciated.

  PS I think that which is supplied with a recovery CD for a laptop that does not have a CD drive is quite ridiculous. Especially since there seems to be no alternative

  I thought the NB100 came with a hidden rather than recovery discs recovery partition. Are the disks stamped good discs? Or are they DVD-R discs?
