We noticed an unsusal activity in my Windows Live email account

Whenever I have to connect to my Windows Live email account, I get the following message: we noticed unusual activity on your account.  Your action is needed to ensure that no one is using your account.  To continue, click OK.

Unfortunately, I clicked ok the first time.  Now, I can't get rid of this message.  Help, please!

Does anyone know of a fix for this?
