  According to the site Web of Toshiba, Satellite L350 isn't XP support because there is no drivers for it, but if you are looking for all models (without model number) L350 CANF find you a driver for XP camera wizard.

  Then just download and install this driver, it should work.

  I had the same experience w / my T400.  It seems that Win 7 is an application (outside of the OS) to display the image of the camera.

  Try YAWCAM and see if it works for you.
