Web Premium CS6-is it safe to delete previous versions after download?
Just upgraded to Web Premium CS6. I would like to recover hard disk space. I'm still all Adobe applications previous on my laptop which goes back to
CS2. CS6 uses something of these older versions or can they be ransacked safely?
If they are ok to remove, what is the best way to remove them?
The best way to remove them is before installing the new version. Still, there may be a few shared respource you might eventually withdraw when you install older versions after the news. Your safest bet is to just uninstall and reinstall what you intend to keep in order of oldest to newest.
You can always try and see if you can get away with uninstalling the old stuff without uninstall, but enter in that you know the potential consequences.
If you do not uninstall everything that I recommend getting the CS cleanup tool in the loop:

Question: I bought Adobe Creative Suite 6 Design & Web Premium in 2013 as part of Tech Soup. I downloaded and installed. I bought a new PC and want to download/install the program on the new PC. Validity of the trial ADOBE Design & Web Premium CS6
I am a user of ADOBE Design & Web Premium CS6. until yesterday, the validity of the software is 3200 days, but this morning when I tried to open it, it says that the test limit has expired. is it wise for me to uninstall it and reinstall and use the same serial number?
I contacted the support for help and they checked my serial number... but it seems that it is still valid and there is no problem. might be a technical problem? can someone tell me what to do?
No, you can use the serial number again on the same computer while reinstalling the program.

So I have Adobe Creative Suite Web Premium CS6 on my MacBook Pro. I recently got a subscription to LIghtroom CC (all of the photographers, which includes Photoshop CC).
I need InDesign CS6 and Dreamweaver CS6, but since i have LR and PS CC, I have need CS6 versions of them. Can I install Lightroom and Photoshop CC on this computer, while keeping some of the CS6 apps (and uninstall those I don't no need as Photoshop CS6)? Or should I completely remove CS6 first?
Hi Chris,
The amount of the fine to have both versions installed on your computer. CS6 version can coexist with a CC version without causing any problems. Sometimes it takes two versions to work with multiple clients.
You need not uninstall CS6.

Hi, I downloaded Creative Suites: Design and web premium CS6 and extracted the file on my C drive. But I'm stuck on how to run it and install extracted files.
I think that you download TWO files... the EXE file and the "payload" folder... and you run the EXE file that does all the work for you

I think you don't understand how to work the serial numbers.
For every purchase of the software, you get a license (a serial number). This serial number is unique to you and should be used every time that you install the software.
A serial number to activate the software on two different computers at the same time.
So, in your case, you download the software application download Creative Suite 6
Install and enter your serial number. You don't need a new serial number or another. Just use the one you have. The one you have is related to a number of activations on Adobe server.

How can I disable adobe design and web premium cs6 so that I can use the cd key to another computer?
To disable you normally just open one of the programs of the suite and select help-> disable. You are allowed to have enabled facilities on two machines, so if you have only one now you can keep it as a backup if you wish.

Currently, I run the design and the Web Premium CS6 on a first generation MacBook Air and want to buy a new MacBook Pro. How will I know if I can install my programs on the new Adobe computer? Because I know that there is some sort of limit.
Also, I had to install the software twice on my computer before because I had to restart the computer. I don't know if this affects the limit.
You are allowed to have two facilities activated, so it shouldn't be a problem with facilities to work on both machines. If by chance you somehow tied up two activations for a machine you can have Adobe support help solve this cat thrue.
