  My choices are to take CCNP, but I think that it is a long and difficult road because of 3 exams hardcore.

  You talk about making the switch first review, I seriouly that rethink. If you look at the subjects of examination you must know some routing for the examination of the switch. That's because unlike the CCNA certification exam covers layer 3 switches and layer 3 routing =. I suggest strongly based only on my personal experience is to take the road, switch and Tshoot. I did try and take the first switch exam and failed. I had already booked my class of road because I thought the switch would be the easiest... Yes a little more confident... but I was wrong. Because I had to take the class road I'm spent gears and focused on the review of the track and spent and during class, I realized what information I was not present at the examination of the switch so I he planned for next week and spent with I learned in the class of road.

  I wasn't sure on what path should I take after CCNA as well, after some thought I went the CCNP and then I'm back for CCNA Wireless and CCNA voice and got so many people and now go for CCNA security then CCGD and CHRC. Here's what my plan is now.

  R & S - complete CCNA

  CCNP R & S - completed

  CCNA-wireless - completed

  CCNA-voice - complete

  CCNA-security - work

  CCGD

  CHRC - I tried it because I already have the switch and road and I want to make sure I get this before 3 years pass on my review of the road.

  "So, what's next?

  That is the question that I fear, simply because I have no answer. I remember when it was an easy question because I didn't have the choice. At school, your path is clear. Your program of study is determined for you, and you travel from one row to another year. Overtime, you are allowed a few privileges. You can start to select some courses and teachers and choose what semester to take different classes. Every now and then you may regret this category art that you registered, but the consequences for a poor class selection are simply boredom or a below average grade.

  As you get older, increasing choices, increases in doubt, and the stakes for bad choices are triggered. The decision to go to College, pursue a vocation or joining the armed forces is difficult for many high school graduates. Even after that decision is made it must be lingering doubt. College majors are a roll of the dice. Most of the people don't stop in the career field they studied. Not that my science policy major only has not served me well... But this major college still offers a guide of course study and provides options for "what's next."

  You finally enter the labour market, and it's often where you see the ends of the predefined path. He has a great sense of liberation that comes with this new adventure. The world is yours for the taking. Everything is possible. And this freedom of choice has expanded in recent years.   This is a great post.  I have struggled with the question of whether I should return to school and get my MBA.  I don't know the end of the day if he will really get me where I am trying to go - honestly, I'm not really sure what it is!  I think it's a good idea to take a little at a time and take a course or do some self-training on an area that you are interested in.  I think that it will lead you to your next step or confirm that you are not on the right track to allow you to take a step back and re-evaluate.  I think it is really always the key.  Take the time to really think about what aspects of your work that you enjoy and the tasks that you would be fine with leaving behind forever.  And of course, above all, stop talking about what you want to do or learn and just go out and do it!

  I think studying for Oracle PL/SQL Developer Certified Associate certificate but cannot decide on which path to take.

  I would like to take the 1Z0-051 as it is easier but 1Z0-047 is more complex and might be more useful in the end.

  So my main question is: is it important for the employer which way I borrowed to get to the OCA certification.

  I wrote the following article on both exams.  You can take a look:

  As to your questions about the employer... it depends on the employer.  Some employers won't pay all attention to certifications.  For them, obviously no matter you take.  For others, they will see that you have an Oracle certification, but have no idea of what mean reviews.  In this case, it makes little difference.  However, I note that 047 comes with a separate certificate, so you should have the developer certification both SQL Expert certification.  They probably still do not know what they mean, but see two certifications instead of one.

  There are employers who know what mean certifications (I am one of those).  If I interview someone who has the SQL Expert certification on their resume, I am likely to ask complex questions on SQL.  According to their responses, I'll decide if I think they got the certification honestly or possibly with the help of brain dumps.  If the latter, I'll probably launch their resume in the trash.  In this case, given the Expert SQL on your CV could well be a negative - even if you won it honestly, but more by luck and good guess rather than knowledge.

  In fact, I interviewed a person recently listed on their resumes that they had experience of writing code complex.  During the interview, they could not provide all the justifications of this.  It became a large negative - not so much because I felt that they could not write code like because I felt they were exaggerating their abilities.  I want someone that I can trust to tell me exactly what they are capable of.

  I use the file-> export-> video rendering.

  If you don't want the Explorer for the first time, the default value is OK for a nice video.

  Since nobody here knows what made you or not made, the only thing I can do for you is to take a shot at what could be the issue.

  I'll obviously, first of all.

  Older IPads have a tiny cursor along the bottom right when viewing on the iPad to landscape with the home left button.

  This tiny slide can be programmed, in settings, general and Panel in the colunm right hand with the side key for the rotation of the screen or its mute.

  Have you tried this switch to see if it works for the rotation of the screen or its dumb and if for the rotation of the screen, have you changed the setting of the switch, in the application settings for mute, instead and tried to use the switch again?

  Have you tried button mute audio in slide iOS Panel, by tapping on the button mute on / off?

  Tried an another hard reset of your iPad by pressing the sleep/wake and Home buttons simultaneously until your iPad goes to black and restarts with the Apple logo and then release the buttons?
