operating system error = 0 x 00000020 - the process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process
try to transcode videos into one menu and I still get this error for a lot. The rest of them have so far been very good... What is this error and what file are they talking about? What is the process?
I still use 5.1 on windows 7 pro. 32-bit system.

Version 5.1 is still 32-bit.
Maybe 1 million things.
Close all programs before you encode it.
Virus scanner.
Resave the project to another name.
Have you installed it again (required) administrator.

If you receive the 8007000 b error when you try to install updates for Windows 7, the Windows file system transaction log is damaged. The transaction log is used by the Windows file system to recover when a file error occurs. To correct this error of update, you clear the log. Here's how:
To clear the file system transaction log
1. click on the Start button and in the search box, type command prompt.
2. in the list of results, right-click Guest, and then click Run as administrator. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
3. at the command prompt, type the following command and press ENTER. (This command assumes that drive C is the drive where Windows 7 is installed. If Windows is installed on another drive, change the drive accordingly letter.)

4. you should see a message saying that the operation was completed successfully. If this is not the case, check your spelling and try again.
5 Type Exit and press ENTER to close the administrator: command prompt.
6. restart your computer.

Question mark on these files means that you must be moved/renamed/deleted files on your hard drive where they were originally.
When you import an image in Lightroom, it does not matter the original copy of the image instead it saves to the original location when you import or where you copy the image using Lightroom and it always refers to this place.
So if you want to move or rename these images, you should do it in Lightroom instead of outside of Lightroom.
Now, if you know the current location of these images on your hard drive, you must move them into Lightroom.
