  I checked the download from Toshiba on http://www.toshiba.eu/innovation/download_drivers_bios.jsp page and you will find 18 drivers, tools and utilities for your laptop model.

  I tried to download some of them but I've noticed the same problem. I assume that there is a temporary problem with the servers. Try please download them all later.

  Is the CD you have an XP bootable installation CD authentic or some kind of restore CD provided with your system (they are not the same thing).  If it's a CD of Windows, this Service Pack is on the CD?

  Describe your current antivirus and software anti malware situation: McAfee, Symantec, Norton, Spybot, AVG, Avira!, MSE, Panda, Trend Micro, CA, Defender, ZoneAlarm, PC Tools, Comodo, etc..

  If the system works, what do you think might have changed since the last time it did not work properly?

  What is your Service Pack installed?  If you are not sure, do the following:

  Click Start, run and enter in the box:

  Msinfo32

  Click on OK and when the system info summary appears, click on Edition, select all, copy, and then paste the results here.

  There will be some personal information (such as the user name and the name of the system), and what appears to be personal information for you, simply delete the personal information of the pasted information.

  When you see a message like this:

  I hope that you are curious to know what is the file and when you know that, you can decide what to do about it.

  You must click Cancel, and then click Yes to keep the file, then you will have an event to watch which will tell you what the problem is the file.

  Search where you sign in to see what is the name of file system Viewer, then decide what to do.

  The event will look something like in this example:

  A shortcut to the event viewer is to click on start, run and enter in the box:

  If you double-click on an event, it will open a window of properties with more information.  On the right are black up and down arrow keys to scroll through the open events. The third button that looks like two overlapping pages is used to copy the details of the event in your Windows Clipboard.

  When you find an interesting event that occurred at the time of your question, click on the third button at the top and arrows to copy the details and then you can paste the details (right click, paste or CTRL-V) the text in detail here for analysis.  Remove all personal information from your information after you paste If you are forced to do so.

  Thanks to all who tried to help, it means a lot!  I have no idea what happens but I tried to run a complete scan with antivirus program McAfee I was BTW it was free because of the internet service gave to me to be a customer with them, (I guess they have an ongoing case) not much of a cause I had nothing else problems with McAfee all for about 5 years and they are so much better programs out there (to new my opinion) but on with my story so whenever I tried to run a full scan or fast he rode every time error cannot start scan try again and so on, so I called them and they could not understand what the problem was and finally reinstalled but it doesn't work and of course they wanted me to buy a version... So I said forget it and went with one of the best Antivirus out there (my opinion only) programs free and it scanned and found some articles ad and he never came back! So I'm lucky so far and happy! Once again thanks to Jose @ and @ John for help and getting back to me, that shows the high level of awareness and dedication... So thank you to you two! I have no idea of what the problem was I think that he had with the Ad-ware and anti virus program does not properly and somehow obtained a "bug" If you want to. I was wondering something quick you guys like Avast Internet security because I've had some people said he is well worth and had some interesting features, I personally put AVG but I was wondering about obtaining notice!   Drivers: you should know what you bought (in your machine) and what * you * want out of it.  If you want stability and things work properly - let alone the drivers.  If you want more performance check (and other games) in the drivers of motherboard chipset and video network from the manufacturers Web site... For more stability stick with the OEM website (HP, Dell, Lenovo - the assembler of the whole machine) and slightly more performance/push the limits (even if they want to work too - so still some stability) - access to websites of its components manufacturer.

  With regard to the programs: you can decide what you use and do not use.  If you are not sure, look it up (Google) or ask.

  In the latest version of Premiere Pro, it is possible to change the settings for the sequence.

  You know what settings are best knowing what you are doing.  (Personally I'm fan of formal education for this.)  I know that sounds sarcastic, but, there is no right answer to the question whose parameters are the best.  There are many variables here, then... you really need to know what you're doing.
