  GarageBand on an iOS device cannot open GarageBand for Mac projects, but a mac can open GarageBand compatible for iPhone/iPad projects.

  So, you might send your friend only mixed audio files. Your friend should add the sound to the Music.app on the iPad Pro and then add the new joint audio tracks in GarageBand. It is quite complicated, because you need to merge the titles added your friend in your original on the Mac project.

  The first thing I would check is your photos storage configuration. You have deselected optimized storage. Tap Settings > iCloud > pictures or settings > Photos & camera, then select a storage parameter.

  Only the versions shipped with the computer originally are free.  You can probably re-download delivered software using the Mac App Store application on your computer. If you want more recent versions, you will have to pay for them.

  The idea is to keep to the fps value that meets your needs. With the help of a value greater than that wastes resources. A simple example would be the execution of an application at 60 fps which is an enterprise application that is obviously useless. For your scrolling usecase, if your performance requirement is 40 fps then continue framerate at 40. Now two things can happen your device will have enough juice to run at 40 fps or he won't. If she has juice, he will be at 40 fps no problem. But if it doesn't have enough juice, then it didn't and causes stuttering. In one such case raising the framerate to 60 will be useless, because this relatively slower device could not scroll down to 40 fps, no chance of it to scroll at 60 fps.
