What happens to my published site if I suspend my subscription to Muse?

If I make changes to my website created in Muse (but hosted externally) only once a year or so, can I pay just for a single month, make changes, and not renew?

Hello Belladonna,

I think I know what you're talking about. Say for example you buy a domain name, you pay a monthly subscription of 24.99 for Muse in may for the design and upload your site. You download your site, but you won't do to updates up to the Auutmn. You do not have to pay anything else until November, for example, when you decide to update again. You pay another 24.99 in November to do these updates. Nothing will happen to your site in the meantime, only one ' on your private domain. You only pay a right of 'access' to modify and adapt the site for 30 days per month in Muse. Think of it as renting software as you would for a DVD.

I compared it to a "Pay As You Go" mobile phone package. You 'buy' blocks of 30 months to the program when you need to make changes. It works for someone who just wants to make very few changes here and there over a year.

So yes, you can do exactly as you had described.

  • Publishing site, what happens to the temporary site and forms created with Muse?

    Hello

I want to publish my site, but I wonder if the temporary. businesscatalyst.com site down immediately after I do this? Also, I created the shapes with Muse and apparently they are connected to the URL, they will be no more working time? Or do I have to publish them? Also, I have to pay for the published site, if I am a member of creativecloud? Thanks any idea!

    Hello

The url of the system will always be when pushing live and adding your own domain name.  The site naturally reflects your added domain once added however you can always access the site uisng the system URL.

The form will naturally reflect your added custom domain and will always operate under the URL of the system.

Yes, you get up to 5 sites free webBasic under your subscription of cloud.  More details can be found in the FAQ page.

  • What happens when you publish the SFW and HTML5?

I publish courses that will be used for computers and mobile devices (iOS and Android tablets). Most learners will have access to them by computer. In the HTML edition, compatibility with browsers and performance are a challenge. I would prefer reading of computers in default of mobie HTML 5 and Flash devices.

What happens exactly when I publish using both formats? The support of the browser will be detect and launch and give more consistent training?

I'm also curious of the best practices used by third parties.

    Any help is very appreciated,

Yes, that is exactly what is happening. First, it detects mobile devices, then the swf as a help file. Some people have had to add other user agents because that's what checks the Captivate:

    ["blackberry", "android", "iphone", "ipad", "symbian", "smartphone", "ios", "windows this webos","" "];

  • What happens if you die or need to cancel your subscription of the CC?

I want to leave my photo to the members of the family files, when I pass. Lets talk about creative cloud please. Some of us have it some of us rely on the CS6 or anything that does the job for us. My main concern is with CC, you are "stuck" to continue with the updates. If you decide to regularize or let him die, then all of your files and applications to die CC with her as your old versions of CS6 and more will be will not open files, latest version and Adobe "LOCKS" the CC apps you have up to this point. I imagine that you would still have access to your files camera RAW and other formats saved as jpeg or tiff, but for Adobe files, everything would be locked up because they are too recent to be opened by apps CS6. Question, people should have two versions of all backup files? One for work with CS6, the last known "purchasable" format? and the other for use with the latest versions of CC? Be smart, it seems that one would certainly not 'crush' existing older versions, but to "save under", new versions.

Personal opinion here... If you want to be able to share your photos with other people... who do not have Photoshop CC... you must always save your 'final' version in a standard format, such as JPG, rather than ANY format that is exclusive to a specific program, Photoshop or any other program maybe

When I change my family video with Premiere Pro I backup my final work, published on another DVD or in a video format 'standard' (MPG or MP4) to send a data disc to a person to play on a computer

  • What happens to the documents after the cancellation of a subscription

I operate a small business in which I am required to maintain an archive verifiable of all signed documents for the following years. If I use Adobe for some of them and then more later cancel the subscription, I continue to have access to my accumulated signed documents?  Ideally, I'd be able to download documents in an archive with intact audit trail.

    Thanks for any help!

    Hi ss14111564 ,

If you cancel your subscription of sign of Adobe you would be able to access the documents, but you would not be able to send documents and use other features.

Let us know if you need additional assistance.

  • What happens when my subscription of Dreamweaver ends, what will happen to my website?

What happens to my Web site?

Your software stop working when you stop paying for it.

Your site hosted on an advertisement, 3rd web server part will not disappear. But you will need to use a FTP Client (Filezilla.org) and an HTML Editor (in brackets, etc...), to edit and maintain.

If your site is hosted on one of the products Adobe hosting (Behance, Business Catalyst or ProSites), then it will disappear from the radar screen.  Obviously, it is something to consider when choosing a host.

  • What happens with my application if I cancel my subscription?

My question is: what happens with my published application if I cancel my monthly subscription to professional edition with Digital Publishing Suite?

If I downloaded on app store and Google play, it will still work?

If you have a professional subscription, your application can remain in the store and customers can keep reading content they already have on their device, but they will not be able to download (or re-download) questions.

  • Why sites keep telling me to update my browser when it is already updated? Example - what happens when I try to access my e-mail and other sites.

Why sites keep telling me to update my browser when it is already updated? I already updated my browser and even tried to reinstall. Example - what happens when I try to access my e-mail and other trusted sites.

    Hello

Some Firefox problems can be solved by performing a clean reinstall. This means that you remove Firefox program files, and then reinstall Firefox. Please follow these steps:

Note: You can print these steps or consult them in another browser.

    1. Download the latest version of Firefox from http://www.mozilla.org office and save the installer to your computer.
    2. Once the download is complete, close all Firefox Windows (click on quit in the file menu or Firefox).
    3. Remove the Firefox installation folder, which is located in one of these locations, by default:
      • Windows:

        • C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox
        • C:\Program Files (x 86) \Mozilla Firefox
      • Mac: Delete Firefox in the Applications folder.
      • Linux: If you have installed Firefox with the distribution-based package manager, you must use the same way to uninstall: see Install Firefox on Linux. If you have downloaded and installed the binary package from the Firefox download page, simply remove the folder firefox in your home directory.
    4. Now, go ahead and reinstall Firefox:
      1. Double-click on the downloaded Setup file and go through the steps in the installation wizard.
      2. Once the wizard is completed, click to open Firefox directly after clicking the Finish button.

Please report back to see if this helped you!

    Thank you.

Using Firefox 4 and Windows 7. Whenever I have to start Firefox from a shortcut to a Web site, what happens with the following error "there was a problem sending the command to the program". The requested site is loaded after that. without any problem.

If a shortcut is used while Firefox is already open the error will not occur.

For me, the problem was the FoxClock extension. Once I disabled it, the problem was gone.

    Hope this helps.

  • What happens on the site that I do if I cancel the subscription of DW cc?

I am totally new to this.

I would like to subscribe to the cc of DW. What happens on the site that I do after I stop the subscription? The site intends to continue to work?

There are answers about 2 GB of storage space. How storage works with my site? I thought that I need to buy a hosting to another company. I couldn't find a clear answer. Thanks for help.

Dreamweaver is an HTML editor... it allows you to create HTML files for a Web site

Web HOSTING is where you put your HTML files after you create them... There are literally of hundreds (perhaps thousands) of web hosting companies

Click this pre-filled Google link to know more about web hosting companies

2 gigabytes of storage cloud that comes with a subscription (or 20Gig for 'all' plan) is for backups of files, not web hosting

The files that you create are yours to keep... Stop paying for a subscription of Dreamweaver and you can no longer use the program

  • What happened to all the options under Site Manager?

There used to be tons of options under the Site Manager:

    Pages

    Page templates

    Module templates

    Menus of content holders

    Web Forms

    File Manager

    Etc.

    Now I only have two:

    Web Forms

    E-mail system

What happened to all the additional options, and how do I access them now? Looks like it happened only since the updates of BC.

I have a Plan of Ecommerce BC, so I should have everything.

If it was something simple. I created a ticket and the response returned. I clicked on "my data" under my name at the top on the right. Then, I checked and enabled "edition of content". Somehow he must have been disabled because I used Muse.
