Yes, you can use it in two ways.

(1) sqlplus / as sysdba--> you're ORACLE_HOME owner, you must connect using ' / '.

(2) sqlplus sys / * as sysdba--> if you create the password file, you can then use this password, password for the most part, you need even when you connect from other/remote machine.

    You can change your password of user oracle (sagna), no impact on ssh, SSH does not use the password of the user oracle (sagna).
    SHH information are based on hash keys and the password for SSH (own), not password of the Oracle user's operating system.

    It looks like your BIOS password "may" be set.

    What brand of computer do you have?
