  I see that the files are part of the Lenovo system. Somehow, the Lenovo system analysis - triggered by something unknown to me--and wrote a text of 25 to 30 Gigabyte file!  I've identified it as a program of Lenovo, the write file and the program triggered by some unknown parameter. Then, I took the step to stop this program, Lenovo to run and then remove the text files.

  Can you tell me what the difference is between save it in jpeg format and export as jpg features.  If I do two things on the same tiff/psd file, the jpeg format is about 10 MB and the jpg is around 2 mb.  What information will I lose through the export feature?

  In addition to what Jane said, the reason for the difference in file size, assuming that you used the same quality in both cases, is due to the presence of metadata in the version save slot, but not the export version as.

  If you look at the charts of Jane, you will see the metadata 'none' radio button is selected that tells the program to remove it. When you work with Photoshop on a PSD or other types of files, the program saves a history of all the things you do and stores. This can cause a very large amount of effectively unwanted data is saved and the file size, or even from a PSD can really expand considerably as the Junk does not appear to be stored compressed.   I don't think that there is any version of disc available for purchase, at least not through Adobe.  You might be able to find a third-party vendor with always sold discs you can try your luck with.

  You just buy a new laser printer, Dell C1760nw and install the software, and everything seems functional.  However the application downloaded with the cd-rom, which has been recently updated through the latest firmware in October 2014, has not worked.  It says something about the "Dell supplies management system has not started.  Ideas on if it's important or if I'll need when it's time to re-order/inks?  Thank you!
