What is the best size of folio to publish Google Nexus 7?

I have a Nexus 7 customer who is having problems with the display of our magazine. I publish v25 folio format 1000 x 750 with v29 app for Android.

Looks like you are still using our legacy AIR Viewer. I would suggest trying our new Android native Viewer. You can build a http://appbuilder.digitalpublishing.acrobat.com/. Make sure that you check out our list of overlays supported first of all to understand the limitations in force with the new Viewer.

I recommend leaving it alone and let windows decide for himself,

  • What is the best size to work with?

When you are working on the creation of an image that you cannot print or online, what the best size of canvas to implement? I know that more Web, more memory, it resumes, but what happens if you want to create an image that will have many small details in?

Something like twice the resolution of your monitor.  Which would give you a possibility of zoom of 2:1 for fine detail work.   If you have a smaller screen and the resolution of your screen, then maybe three times.

You can always thin creat of the elements detailed in another folder and bring them as dynamic objects.

  • What is the best size for a buffer overflow in BlackBerry?

    Hi all

In my application, I need to read data from an input stream. I put the current size of the buffer for reading as 1024. But I saw in some applications Android size memory buffer has been preserved as 8192 (8 KB). Is there a specific advantage if I increase the buffer size in my application up to 8 k?

Any expert opinion will be highly appreciated.

First thing to note is that the method "isAvailable()', in my experience, does not work on OS 5.0 and earlier versions.  It is attached to the OS 6 (at least in my tests).

Because isAvailable() has been broken, (and for other reasons of demand) that I put in place for a socket connection is that each message is preceded by a length.  So I read in the socket connection, the length of the message, and then the actual data.  This is done with no lock - in other words, I read the entire message, regardless of their size.  I recommend you do the same.  The message must exist in full somewhere, so it makes no difference if it's in memory managed by the socket connection, or some memory managed by you.

Note also, until the 5.0 OS, when you made reading so that you get all the data fill the buffer you had - in other words, it was blocking.  After the OS 6.0, playback can finish without giving you all the data.

In your case, you could work in a post OS 6.0 only, so you could use isAvailable() - create a buffer of this size and read all that.  I don't see that it makes a difference if you have the bytes of memory managed by taking, or managed by you.

But in fact, I would say that the best approach is one that makes your simple treatment.  So, for example, if you know that the following message is 200 bytes, then read 200 bytes and then process this message.  Then read the next message.

You could spend a lot of time trying to manage the buffer to match the underlying socket buffers.  I don't know exactly how the underlying socket of BlackBerry processing code, but it is not put data directly in your buffers.  Then let it manage its buffer size to optimize the network, you manage your buffer size to optimize your treatment.  That will work best for everyone.

  • What is the best size for a header?

    Hello

Adobe Illustrator has defined the size of letter in 21,59 * 27,94. Most of the letters that I receive by mail are A4 size. I wonder if I could get a couple of opinions on what would be a more appropriate size to build on for my portfolio? I would prefer to get used to the design on the most commonly used size.

    See you soon.

In the letter WE U.S. size is standard the rest of the World A 4 is standard A 4 is based on the metric system it is a rational segment of a certain standard size metric sheet of paper. US 8.5 x 11 inch letter is based on something more arbitrary or t less lost in history. The method of determination, it has ceased to exist and it is just everywhere.

The latter is used for the most part, the United States of Mexico and the Canada, but I think that the last tow countries also use A4.

A4 is rarely used in the United States, which is the basis for determining what size to use.

    Hi Landon.Luu,

You want to keep the relationship between the width and height to be the same?

Click the constraint between width and height to keep the ratio intact.

  • What is the best way to update a folio produced by someone else?

I need to update the files that have been created by someone else and have already been published in folio producer. The client gave me access to the folio via producer folio DPS.  What is the best way to get access to the InDesign via Folio Producer files? Or so I have to go back and get the InDesign files? Sorry if this has been covered somewhere else recently, but all I saw were older. Thank you.

You cannot access the ID files by producer folio. I usually work in a dropbox folder so everyone on the project has access.

  • What is the best audio format to import a CD?

    Dear people of the communities,

What is the best format in terms of better sound quality for an import CD, regardless of the size of the file, just a pure sound quality?

The goal is to save my music library CD and vinyl in a computer/drive and listening using a computer connected to a sound system 'Stereo' (not ' Surround', regular stereo) with speakers high quality stereo (L + R).

So far, I've downloaded using a 320 kbps MP3 format. Listening to a CD quality is very poor.

I use iTunes 10.7.x (as well as iTunes 12.x on a newer platform, but imports of CD I use version 10.7)

    All parameters are the following:

    Import using MP3 encoder =

    Parameters = custom

Use the Error Correction = No.

    ---------------------------------------------

    Stereo BitRate = 320 Kbps

    VBR = No

    = 44,100 kHz sampling rate

    Channels = stereo

    Stereo mode = Normal

    Smart encoding = No

Filter Freq below 10 Hz = No

I think he wouldn't be WAV course, AIFF and Apple Lossless I know are both better quality, but using an Apple encoder can restrict what will be the player who is also important.

    Thank you

    Alon

    .

Any lossless format will offer the best audio quality.  The available choices:

    • WAV is probably the most widely supported but it lacks the ability to incorporate metadata or illustrations, so while you can move the audio between different systems files as soon as you go outside iTunes you will lose all the artist / album / song information.
    • Apple Lossless (ALAC) is definitely the best choice in iTunes - he has the same metadata / support work such as MP3 or AAC and supports full 16/44.1 audio with file sizes about 65% of the equivalent WAV file
    • AIFF is very similar to the ALAC, except that (in the Variant used by iTunes), there is no lossless compression, so the file size will be larger

The determining factor here will be where you intend to use the files - many other readers take in charge of the three options mentioned above, either natively or (for the ALAC and AIFF) using the appropriate plugins.  Unfortunately the lossless codec which has the broad support of all (FLAC) is not supported by iTunes.  There are, however, many utilities out there that can convert between ALAC and FLAC (and vice versa) if that proves necessary.

  • What is the maximum size of HARD drive, I use in my dc7600 CMT

I use a HP dc7600 CMT, which works well after the upgrade to a Samsung 128 GB SSD Intel Pentium D 3.4 GHz, 4 GB of RAM and an AMD Radeon HD 6450. I'm under Win 8.1 Pro x 64, with the most recent upgrade and have absolutely no problem. Now, I want to add a second internal HDD and I wonder what is the maximum size that I can go to. I can't go up to 2 TB, or am I limited to a lower number? 1 TB? 500 GB? 250 GB?

Will be happy to help here, especially if he actually tried to apply in practice.

    Thanks in advance.

    Best regards

    Hello:

In theory, you'd be limited to 2 TB.

The biggest HARD drive I have ever installed in my dc7600 CMT was a 1 TB of HDD, so I can't confirm that a 2 TB drive will absolutely work.

  • What is the best format to select then copy music from a cd to itunes

I copy my cd collection into iTunes. What is the best format that should be selected for the best quality of music? Thank you.

"Better format" and "Better music" (sound quality) are not the same question, for audio encoding.  The best sound comes from a "Lossless" format  The encoding using the Apple Lossless Encoder encoder in iTunes provides without loss of sound quality, compared to the songs on CD (which are in AIFF format).  You can also use the AIFF encoder, but the files of the song will be a little bit bigger compared to Apple Lossless.  However, TWO Apple Lossless AIFF formats and create larger files of the song, so they take more space on your computer drive (several times over).

iTunes Store sells songs in format AAC , compression ratio 256 kbps.  This format may provide the best combination of efficiency (small size) and the sound quality.  There is a minor loss in sound quality due to compression, but I can't tell the difference between lossless and AAC at 256 Kbps, format with my headphones and speakers (and ears).  To use this format when you import your CD, select the AAC Encoder value encoder iTunes more.

NOTE: Import encoding settings run the button import the settings of iTunes preferences General pane.

The problem is that there is no official information on the maximum size of HARD drive on laptop series different. If we can only speculate on the supported formats.

But I found it here in the forum:
    http://forums.computers.Toshiba-Europe.com/forums/thread.jspa?MessageID=93195𖰋

The user has updated the own M70 with the 160 GB drive HARD Toshiba MK1637GSX and it works.
So maybe this info helps a bit.

  • What is the best way to install XP on Vista Equium A100-338

I want to install XP on my Equium A100-338, who has already installed Vista. What is the best way to do it, I heard a lot of bad luck stories trying to do!
I do it only as a new software, with that I need to work only works on XP.

    Any help appreciated

    Thank you

    Hello

In my opinion, you must install the XP operating system on the second partition.
In this case, you can use the two BONES; Vista and XP.

Using these two s OS has many advantages. For example, you can always test the Vista and the new Microsoft features that are available in Vista and, in addition, you can use the XP if you need to run some programs and applications that are not fully compatible with Vista.

Then first ask how o create a second partition in Vista.
Well, this can be done in disk management. Right-click on the my computer drive management made right click on the disk to manage and modify the size of the partition.
Then the free space on the HARD drive can be activated, and you can create the new partition.

Then simply boot from Win XP and install it on the second free partition.
The Toshiba drivers needed should be downloaded from the Toshiba page.

    Good luck
