What is the file size HAVE typical?

There is more than one kind "I use the right software?" of the issue.  Asked me to create an illustration based on a photo.  Therefore, I found a combination of vector images, has attracted some of the items myself and made the traces of photos and diverted to vector image to get the picture, you see below.

illustration.jpg

One thing I have done much, it was where large trees are, I took a vector image and copied over and over again to make the part foresty green lush and full of foliage.  As you can see, the image aren't too bad but I'm not an expert in Illustration so to do the work, it was the only way I knew how I can do.

The customer got the finished product and was satisfied.  Later when I watched the final AI CC file, I was shocked to discover it is 230 MB in size.  I also noticed that more I worked on it, more software is slower and slower, almost as if he couldn't deal with what I was doing with the file.  I have a very fast computer (at least, I think it is) and have done videos, animation and other media with her for years, but I've never seen to slow down so much as he did with this project.

So I'm just a question could there have been a better way to make this project that how I describe above?  Does a file HAVE unusual 230?  All the tips and advice are appreciated.  Thank you.

If you use symbols for repeated items you can reduce the size of the file. By reducing the anchorage points will reduce the size of the file. But if an object is a single object or the path of the size is normal.

I recommend leaving it alone and let windows decide for himself,

  • The file size and YouTube

I'm relatively new to videos. I have incorporated a few YouTube videos on my site, but I started to play with the Prime Minister in the hope to learn to make my own videos. I wonder if someone could help me to answer a few questions about the size of the file.

A large image can greatly increase the size of the page file, in order to put a video on a page should have a huge impact. Or is the negligible impact because the video doesn't "load" until someone clicks on it?

When someone plays a video, it probably uses a lot of bandwidth.

So it occurred to me that the obvious solution to the file size band bandwidth problems and probably is bandwidth. Instead of hosting videos on my sites, I could upload them to YouTube and then embed them on my web pages.

If I use this strategy, which would help a lot in terms of use of bandwidth and page load time?

Maybe I should have put my question this way: what are the advantages and disadvantages of video hosting on your site rather than publish them on YouTube? I guess that I retain the copyright for all the videos I put on YouTube.

    Thank you.

If played from YouTube or your own web server, the file size of the video will not add anything significant to the size of the web page.  They are simply text files, very small in comparison.  Adding a video is a few lines of code pointing to the reading software and the video file itself.

If you host the file on your own server, then the bandwidth will count towards your monthly totals, while only hosted on YouTube, he obviously won't.  But the web page itself will not change much in size.

Don't know or the other of these issues matter much, however.  You can get hosting packages unlimited bandwidth for $100 / year, maybe less.

Copyright is another problem.  YouTube will take down or limit some videos under certain conditions.  (And these days, not all these conditions are fair and appropriate under the U.S. Copyright Act).  Their accommodation on your own site, this isn't a concern.  (However, it does not necessarily legal, either.)

  • When lowering pixels of resolution of a video, the file size becomes smaller...

    Hello!

    My question is this:

    I am importing a tiff of scope (2048 X 858) 2K sequence in Premiere Pro CC 2015.

When I go to the export section, as you can see in this video link:

First Pro CC 2015 (resolution size) export settings - YouTube

and try to lower the resolution 2048 X 858, 5 X 2 or 854 X 480 or 1280 X 536! the size of the file remains the same! Is this possible?

This means that if I have a 4K video and a video card, they will have exactly the same file size!

I tried to make a sequence of low resolution and drop tiff sequence and adjustment of the sequence in the image of low resolution tiff, but I have the same problem.

I've even nested sequence of high-resolution sequence of lower resolution, but... Nothing...

Does this make sense? What I am doing wrong?

    Thank you!

    Yiannis

Yiannis, Yes. Unlike a photo, a video, the file size is determined by the data rate. However, the data/flow isn't what determines quality, you need to consider in the codec you use.

For example, a 50 Mbit/s, 720 x 480 H.264 file and a 50 Mbps DV (video only, forgetting the audio codecs) will be exactly the same size. but the H.264 file is going to be better because it's a step more coded with a better compression algorithm.

Another factor that determines the size of the file is the frame rate. I'm not saying that you should drop your rate to save space, but know that if you save 2 files with the same exact settings, but we're 30 p or 25 p and the other is 50 p or 60 p, then the latter will be twice as large.

  • The file size of data in Windows Server 2003 R2 x 64

    Hello

I have an Oracle Database 10 g Release 10.2.0.4.0 - Production (single instance) on Windows Server 2003 Enterprise x 64 Edition, 64-bit of the IBM BladeCenter HS22.

And I would like to know what is the maximum size that a database can reach in an environment like this?

The real database, have 10 data files and each data file a giga bytes.

    Can someone help me!

The maximum file size is determined by the block size. For a tablespace petit_fichier (which is almost certainly what you have), it is 4 M blocks, so if you use 8 K blocks (that you are almost certainly) the maximum size is 32 G. A bigfile tablespace can be blocks of 4 G.

  • Word of the file size: .docx converted in PDF format

    Hello

I use Adobe acrobat X pro and I need to convert a Word to PDF file to join with all do us commercial offers. The file size is important in order to limit the size of the mailbox content. At the moment my Word file is 25 and it's ok, but when I convert it the result is a 120 KB PDF... I did some research in the Acrobat community and they often explain to use "Save as other", but I do not have these (maybe it came with version XI).

I would like to know if anyone has an idea of what I can do with my version of acrobat to reduce the size of the file.

    Thank you

    Ben

PDF Optimization is not available in Std AFAIK. However, you asked on the conversion of a WORD file. The best way to keep the size down is to NOT use save them in Adobe PDF format. Who's using PDF Maker (the Acrobat in WORD menu) which adds tags and many other things that inflate a default PDF. If you do not use this option, then use preferences to disable the tags and other elements in the file (like all bookmarks and all the rest). The easiest way is to print to the Adobe PDF printer. Don't forget to keep your simple fonts. It is better to embed fonts when you send a PDF file to others (especially from PC to MAC Linux as the fonts on the system may be different). Don't use only not the smaller file size settings. Use Std as a minimum or press options or Print embed all the fonts as subsets. The MST is fine as long as people use Acrobat or Reader for viewing, but other viewers may not recognize the basic fonts Adobe.

  • Lightroom 4 presets and the file sizes

When I apply a preset to a photo, then export it... the file with that I find myself is significanatly smaller than my original file?  These trained same presets as big / or in most cases from the files of size in previous versions of lightroom...

Develop a Module Presets have almost nothing to do with the size of the file.

File size is according to the pixel Dimensions, Compression and File Format (if applicable)

I suspect that you export the settings that you were in previous versions of Lightroom.

What is the file format for which you export? What are the parameters of file Type, quality, Compressoin? What are your measurements? How these export settings differ from your previous export?

  • What is the largest size SSHD I can put in my Macbook Pro 2015?

I have a model early 2015 MacBook Pro 13 w/retina with 8 GB of RAM with a 128 SSHD.  I want to upgrade the SSHD and I have a few questions:

    1. What is the largest size that I can install it?

    2. how to re-install the operating system?

Thanks in advance for your help...   I apologize if this question has already been asked, but I couldn't find the answers.

Technically, SSHD refers to a drive of Fusion purchased in-store, with a rotating part (the hard drive) and a Solid State Drive, all in one package.

I think you meant to ask about Solid State Drive or SSD. That's all that will fit in the MacBook pro 13 - in 2015.
