  Looks like that the service is not running. You can check that the Folders_g component is enabled on the Admin---> config for page? Can you navigate to a folder of Contribution through the web interface of the content server? Sorry if they have changed the terms of records in 11g, I use 10g.

  Our application has its own connection authorization. I have some doubts about the MDS (personalization of the user between sessions) and integration of ADF Office for an application that doesn't use the ADF security.
  
  (1) is ADF Desktop integration taken in charge for the connection of non - ADF security. If so, is there a working example or how to establish a session to the user of the excel workbook with the username of connection of our application.
  
  (2) of this thread ( customization through the MDS user Sessions ), I understand that, if we write our own customization class, persistence of the MDS in the sessions should not be a problem. However, how we store this persistence to a database. Any example pointers / functional would be really useful.

  We have a requirement to store different types of content from different sources to store in the Complutense University of MADRID. Each type of content have associated different metadata fields. If we decide to create a new custom metadata field, we could end up in the creation of more than 100 areas. That means more than 100 columns in the docmeta table. Should not all these searchable fields, but when someone ask for info doc, all relevant areas must be returned.

  I have an oracle server which is our recovery server disaster. When I switch my application of the primary site to secondary site, we have a window of downtime during which it must implement the secondary site. When setting up the application on the secondary site, I am getting below error please take note that primary and secondary are always synchronized. The application uses the thin driver JDBC to connect to the database.

  The principle is to complete a worksheet of left right in the same line but the increment of the column letter only (IE - B4 and C4 etc.). Herewith, I adapted an existing example VI that works for an array of 2 elements (ie - B4) but does not work for a 3-element array (ie - B40, B50 becomes). Keeping simple, what is the best way easier to modify my existing code to always check that the size of the table and the index automatically return to 0 to correctly increment the first letter only (IE - B) and not the number (IE - 4)?

  Instead of 'index automatically to zero', why not just make a zero instead of the size of table manipulation-1-1?

  Of course it will all fall apart once you get to column Z.

  Also look into the Board of Excel.   Do not post question.  This is just a link to the other discussions related to Excel.  Some of them might give you ideas how to manipulate your cell references.

  I have searched for an answer final to this day and impossible to get something useful.

  My recordings to the AVCHD format that is 24mbps H.264 video and audio camera (I record audio separately so audio is not a cause for concern). I use the following Adobe CC on Windows. I do a lot of green screen work.

  I read on many intermediate codecs designed for video editing. Include DNxHD of Avid, Apple ProRes, Cineform of GoPro, MXF OP1a, among others. As I understand it, these formats offer excellent features help video publishers to do their work.

  I was able to edit files directly AVCHD with Premiere Pro and after affects.

  My question is, what are the benefits, if any, I'd get if I converted my content from AVCHD to one of the intermediate formats before as I have start to change? It would speed up Adobe software? It would provide the best quality in the end? It would make various effects function better?

  Ultimately, all the videos I do will be encoded in the format h.264 for web distribution.

  Please note: I am not asking the workflow easier or more obvious (which is just to work with AVCHD files directly). I want to know if I can gain advantages in transcoding in another format before I in post-production and that these benefits are specifically for each of the different intermediate codecs.

  Well, every format has its own advantages and disadvantages. Higher end codecs tend to be very large and take much more space, but behave better when apply effects or greenscreen work.

  However, you cannot really improve the quality that comes from your camera, it is an indispensable part of the workflow. You CAN transcode to, say, ProRes HQ and get better results with your fx work, but it will be as good as something turned on a higher end camera.

  Maybe do some tests on a small piece of video. Transcode into several codecs and do exactly the same treatment to all clips, including your original. Then compare them and see if the improvement is worth your time and additional hard drive space.

  In the administration of WCC, go to suppliers and press on DefaultFileStore information. Then press on change. Downstairs, you will have the rules of storage and if you tap on change the rule of a popup will open and you will be able to see if it's a file system store or a store DB as well as information on the paths.

  I searched quite considerably and my understanding is that Adobe did not intend to support Design view more for Extension Builder.  In my opinion a very disappointing decision and one that is difficult to understand.

  The best solution I can find is to create the majority of your design in a Builder Extension parallel, right, of the project and then convert/import your design in your Extension.  It certainly isn't as satisfying that having the Design view for the Extension that you write, but it is better than to simply create your layout: guess/trial and error.

  Although this has not been announced by Adobe, I have a suspicion that the reason why they decided to not to put other resources in design of fixing what Extension Builder as we know it will be dropped soon, probably replaced by a method of creating extensions to HTML5/JavaScript.  My problem with this is that, other than to reassure that there are reasons of compatibility backward support for legacy extensions, it will not be a way of compiling an extension in a way that prevents people from seeing your code.

  It's all speculation, and I guess we will have to wait and see what happens.  Hope this has helped.
