  On my laptop, I can call trunc (dbms_random.value (0,100000))-which allows a random number to range form 0 to 99 000 - 100 000 times per second. The probability of repetition in a second depends on the number of calls per second, but in my case that the worst cases are a value that appeared 8 times and 18 445 values appeared twice.

  From what you have said so far, I'd probably use a column of date and a sequence in a column number (10) - possibly with a separate strain by table - for a high volume system.

  I think that the most important changes are:
  1. move on Weblogic Server.
  2. creation of a unified period. Which means that everything plugs into it. SOA, BPM, OSB, B2B...

  Additional features like the NDA: Composites within network-based event. SDO: Service Data Objects to transfer information and from db, adf (if I'm not mistaken)
  Tighter integration with the ADF.

  A few extensions to BPEL. Such as the events of Signal etc. Don't know if it's standard or specific to Oracle extension.

  But you get the idea. A lot of changes, a lot of things improved and move functionality.

  Could someone please explain the exact purpose of CUSTOM_MODE = FORCE in FND_LOAD when downloading.

  This means that the object that arleady existed ovverides or algorithms to download will be overrided... ?

  It s on the objects you download (overwrite) and it has nothing to do with the crash of the algorithm. Whenever you download custom objects use this option.

  BIOS update is a delicate process and the laptop could die if the procedure fails, but never heard of network problems

  But I'm not quite sure if the BIOS update would help you to get the battery work m.
  From my experience has nothing to do with the version of the BIOS
  The battery has worked in the past?

  If Yes, then I would say; the problem is with the battery or motherboard problem
  Eventually it s a battery issue because the battery seems to be very old
  So, in my opinion, you should try to replace the battery.

We use Windows 7 Enterprise, and some of my colleagues have changed the resolution of the screen in LARGE print (right click on desktop > screen resolution > make text and other items more or less > Larger - 150% > Apply). When they do this and try to use InDesign CS5.5 (7.5.1), the mouse is essentially useless in InDesign. When they click on something in the application, it does not at all or does something different.
