  Microsoft Visual C++ (often abbreviated as MSVC or VC ++) is a commercial (free version available), product (IDE) integrated development environment from Microsoft for the C, C++, and C + c++ / CLI programming languages. It has tools for developing and debugging C++ code, especially code written for the Microsoft Windows, DirectX and Microsoft .NET Framework API API.

  The Visual C++ Redistributable Packages install the runtime components that are required to run C++ applications created with Visual Studio 2012.

  Another program uses different Visual c++, if you delete one, and a package explicitly requires it, that software may stop working.  Given that many of them are pairs of x 86 / x 64, you may very well need to keep those installed if you want all your software to work properly.
