  I'm new to video editing.  I find the first Elements 10 more intuitive and easy to use that Cyberlink Power Director, Sony Vegas Movie Studio HD Writer AE (which came with my camcorder Panasonic TM900).   But you have a processor i7-59xx overclocked to about 4.5 GHz with 32 + DDR4-2400 or better and a single SSD drive configuration? If this isn't the case, then the 980Ti is excessive.

  I wonder what version of flash has the best brush strokes. I use CS6, and she constantly changing my shots. I've heard that old versions of flash have better brush strokes.

  I'm an animator, and the Brush tool is something that I use constantly. I could have access to flash CS3 or CS4, and I heard that CS3 is pretty close to the version of macromedia.

  I heard toon boom animate is amazing, but when I tried, there is no vector lines. Or maybe I am doing something wrong, but my features in toon boom animate are pixelated.
