  Some Firefox problems can be solved by performing a clean reinstall. This means that you remove Firefox program files, and then reinstall Firefox. Please follow these steps:

  1. have you tried to run the troubleshooter for DVD burning? If so, what is the result?

  2. What place you saved documents?

  3. have you used the Live Format for burning the discs?

  4. you receive messages or error codes?

  This problem can also occur if the Format is not supported or all parameters have changed.

  You can check if you can burn discs using a different Format or try to use another type of DVD to burn the discs.
