When I clicked on the notice to update Adobe Reader, an icon appears (a person on the phone) as did

When I clicked on the view to update my Adobe rReader an icon appeared (a person on the phone) as did an ad for computer help AC.  Two of them are appearing everywhere.  And they are very undesirable, very irritating.  How can I get rid of them >

They ARE NOT Adobe. You have been infected by malicious software. You should run a scan complete antivirus.
