  Menu (alt + T) tools > options > privacy > and turn on the acceptance of cookies.

  It appears to the integer line, including BACKSPACE don't work.

  Boot the computer normally and log.

  Black screen, old the ctrl and alt keys and press delete.

  Select Task Manager.

  Click on file and select the new task.

  Type rstrui - also enter a tick in the box for "create this task with administrative privileges" - and click on Ok.

  When the system restore interface is loaded, choose a restore point at least 72 hours before the opening of the session the question first and then proceed with the restoration of the system.

  I'm sorry to say, but you have made two big mistakes:

  (a) you forgot to backup your data regularly, e.g. once per week.
  (b) you have not backed up your data before making a major change, such as when your data encryption.
  There is a small chance that you can repair the damage with the found here BitLocker Repair tool:
