When you try to attach a PDF file as an object the WORD 2013 64 bit I'm estates following error: "the program used to create this object is AcroExch. This program is either not installed on your computer, or it does not. To change this, install AcroExch or ensure that all the dialog boxes in AcroExch are closed. "even disabled protection at startup mode. Who made no difference
Hi sdesk.
This problem occurs with the 64-bit application as Acrobat is a 32-bit application making it incompatible to insert objects into a MS Word 64-bit application.
As a workaround solution insert the object as a 'Create New' rather than create a file.
Let me know if it helps.
Kind regards

Mac OS 10.10.2 is installed and can open documents on my new Mac Air but an error message occurs when you try to attach a PDF file to emails. Apple was not able to solve. Any thoughts?
It is not broken, just confused. The recipient must save the file and open it in Adobe Reader. Your e-mail application is not using Adobe Reader.

When you try to download a PDF file to an interactive site, I get the announcement: "the attached PDF file is referring to a non-embedded font Tahoma. Please delete, incorporate the police and set again. »
I couldn't get rid of the Tahoma police in the WORD file.
How to integrate it, or in fact any other police?
It should be an option to make the PDF. Which version of Acrobat you are using, and exactly the method and parameters do you use to make the PDF?

Every time when I try to open a pdf file in firefox, firefox crashed, someone can hekp me?
It's firefox as a whole that hangs or is it just the plug-in from adobe?
First of all, I would recommend trying the advice in the following link:
Send reports of incidents of plugin to improve Mozilla Firefox -
When I try to view a PDF file, at the start, I get a transparent box and as soon as I expanded it, it turns into a solid black rectangle. I wonder if there are any add-on which will fix this problem. If I use IE, I have no problem.
You have two PDF plugins installed for Firefox.
- Nitro PDF plugin for Firefox and Netscape
- Adobe PDF plugin for Firefox and Netscape '9.4.5.
Try disabling one that is not used by Firefox and make sure that download Action matches the plugin that you want to use Firefox.

I see that you have Windows XP Home Edition, Service Pack 3 level. Ok. :-)Go to this page:Click the custom button. Wait a bit...If you have in fact all your patches security post-SP3 installed, then you will see this message:High priority updates
No priority updates for your computer are available. To select other updates, use the options on the left.
Can you confirm? In addition, do NOT choose to install the optional updates that are available! They are rarely necessary, and they often cause problems! Also, you need to let us know if you have the version the recent Adobe Reader or not. As I mentioned earlier, the current version is 10.1.3. If you run Adobe Reader and select "about...". "in the drop-down Help menu, you can see which version you are using. That being said...There has been a lot of recent reports with people having all kinds of problems with Adobe Reader. My recommendation is to uninstall, and then run the tool to remove here:Then, install a free PDF reader senior (and less of a problem): -
When I try to open a PDF file with adobe Acrobat reader, windows media center automatically opens. How to prevent this? I just want to open the PDF file with Acrobat reader.
The solution I think. If you right-click on one of the files and select open the file locations it now combined the file with adobe reader.
Yes - you simply need to change the associated file (and path) back to Adobe Reader. (If that's your choice PDF reader.)
If you did this:
Press the Windows Logo and R key at the same time to bring up the dialog box RUN.
Once you have the dialog box up, type in the following command and press OK...cmd /k ftype AcroExch.Document
That he return with? Should be something like:
AcroExch.Document = "C:\Program files (x 86) \Adobe\Reader 10.0\Reader\AcroRd32.exe" '%1'

Why do I get "an error occurred drawing." When I try to create a PDF file?
I always get a generic on Adobe Acrobat DC error when I try to create a PDF file using some image files.
File > create > PDF of the file...
If I choose one of these image files, I get "an error occurred drawing."
These images works fine if I create the PDF file with other publishers and libraries. The problem is that most of our customers are using Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Hello
We have sorted the case and discovered that there is a problem, for which we recorded an internal bug to track the case.

I recommend you to contact the customer about this issue: contact customer service
