  Seriously Teddy5555, this isn't a problem with Lightroom.  If PhotoShop is not installed on your computer, then you cannot directly photos to edit in PhotoShop, nor can you merge to Panorama in PhotoShop.  If it is not installed, you must install it to make it work.

  6 LR and LR CC 2015 have the ability to merge with a Panorama in LR itself as shown below, but I don't remember if it was available in LR 5.

  I have a fully paid current annual (paid monthly) membership creative cloud.

  At least keep Adobe me emailing thank me for my monthly payment lol.

  However when I went to open Photoshop CC 2014 this morning, creative cloud is let me down once more.

  by asking that I log in and something "terms and Conditions for the trial software.

  I had pretty much creative cloud since it was released, it's wonderful, but my aspirin consumption has increased

  to combat the headache lol. Maybe I should switch to Tylenol

  It does not help that the system is down for maintenance and support cannot help now...

  If your subscription is active, and displays it in the first instance, normally all that is required is the signature with your Adobe ID on the screen of the trial that is displayed at startup. Look for a button labeled "this software license. If not, try to login with your Adobe ID and password and see if it helps.

  It is best to open a new window with only this tab if you want to use the "Use current Page" (note that Firefox adds the ' pages if more than one tab is open).
  
  Also, you should be able to drag a tab or the "Site Identity" (globe/lock) button on the address bar on the Home button to set this tab as homepage (you need to confirm this).
