WHEN WILL RELEASE A NEW VERSION FOR FIREFOX FOR PC?

I AM SO TIRED OF VERSION 27. GAL. DO NOT LOAD THE TABS. FLASH DOES NOT WORK HALF THE TIME. SAID TO UNINSTALL, OPEN IT IN SAFE MODE, DISABLE ADD ONS... NOTHING WORKS!
TABS TAKE FOREVER TO LOAD. SO TIRED OF WAITING FOR A FIX FOR THIS. I DIDN'T HAVE NEVER BEEN SO DISGUSTED FF AS I AM NOW. I WANT, NO ONE CARES ABOUT THAT.

ANYONE FACT ANYTHING ON THIS SUBJECT?
