  It seems that some color profiles have been corrupted.

  Please run following command on the terminal on the machine (this will remove corrupt profiles and should allow you to run Setup successfully)-

  Well, the main issue is that you cannot use a Dell Windows XP reinstall on one different computer than Dell drive.  You don't have a Dell computer because the motherboard came not from Dell.
