  I have a Windows 7 computer, and although I don't know if this version works on it, I am convinced that it will be that I have seen and used on a computer that uses Windows 7. Where and how can I download this? I know that you need to have a CD but y at - it another way, as in a download online version? I saw a link on the adobe site that claimed to have version 2.0 for free, but it did not work when I tried it. I know this is a very old version, but it's the one that I need because there are specific tools that can be used by version 2.0.

  Hi Michelle.  I thought about it. To install the program, go the downloaded zip [Adobe Photoshop Elements 13 (Download)] folder, then open the "64 bit", then double-click on the "PhotoshopElements_13_LS25_win64" application  Who will run the program.  I hope this helps.  David

Your best bet would be to find someone with a hard drive that will allow you to copy the contents of the disk on a USB stick or something like that. Then, you can install from that.
