  According to the Adobe customer service, they do not provide installation files for all their old products (understandable).  Acrobat 9 Pro, only versions of Windows are available for download via Adobe.

  VMware for Linux tools are provided in a separate ISO file available for download. Go to the web page where you downloaded your ESXi to and you should find the link.

  RPM packages no longer since the 4.1. Only the tar file is provided as mentioned is this KB:
