  It depends on. If you accidentally downloaded the creative cloud desktop application and installed Lightroom as a test you cannot enter a detail, autonomous, serial number of licence in this version. You must first uninstall it and install this link stand-alone version.

  Then, when you start Lightroom, you will get a screen that asks you to buy, try / trial or enter a serial number. Since you already have a serial number you would select a serial number.

  If you did download and install the stand-alone version so this trial/Try, buy screen should appear whenever you start LR. If not then go to the Help menu option or Lightroom and selects the record of Lightroom. Click on the next button and a screen will appear where you can enter the serial number. But if you do not get the start of the trial screen and the screen where you enter a serial number is already filled then you have the creative Cloud version and ypou must do as I say above.

  1. what exactly happens when you try to install the game? You receive an error message or error code?

I have it ready for the operating system but I need to download a copy so I can retrieve my CD-ROM/DVD-Rom drive, so I can then bring to its system and reinstall the XP and then if she wants that we can get a windows 8. I use windows 8 on this system, I bought a few months ago and it's satisfying, but I don't understand why when I got it I could do things like using the keyboard of the screen with my fingers, but now I can't even use the keyboard mouse. It won't work at all. In a way I found it better that way at the beginning because I do a lot of typing and it would freeze until I was constantly stressed. I returned to Windows 7 mode I think but not sure.  All I know is that these two things have never worked correctly, so if they are still under warranty I will bring to the Future Shop and maybe they can fix it. I wish I could turn on and off easily so it does not interfere with my writing and study of a language second.
