  I recently bought Dreamweaver CC 2015 and was trying to install it via an already active creative cloud app.  Lightroom and Photoshop CC have been installed more than 2 years ago and have worked without problem through creative cloud.  Each attempt installation of Dreamweaver has resulted in an error code 7 by a reference to the folder permissions.  I checked the permissions of all the other records of Adobe and assured that they match Dreamweaver files.

  • The first installation attempt left a KEYGEN.html file that has no listed owner. The location of the file is "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Dreamweaver 2015\configuration\Content\Reference\HTML\KEYGEN.html CC".
  • A landlord cannot be added to the file can the file be removed by all means. Tried it: standard right-click and delete in Widnows, a direct delete (with administrator permissions) command at the cmd prompt. File assassin and erasure.  Trying to add an owner was reunited with a permission denied error message.  This figure includes attemtps at the network level through Support to my office at home corp.
  • The folder that contains the file can be moved but not deleted.  I moved the folder with the file on my desktop that attemtps of retrofitting is possible.
  • Loads of installation at 42%, extracted the files in the adobetemp folder, and the installation will fail systematically to 84% of the installation to the _1829_2c927db7e02c5d479f8308baa5a8cbc5 file.
  • 42% install rest in the list "Uninstall or change a program" for the HARD drive.  After each attempt, this file has been removed through this program.

Try setting the correct permissions for the specified file/folder or parent, so that the admin has the right to modify. (Seq 6027)

  After several attempts to install, I uninstalled Lightroom, Photoshop and creative cloud app.  The registry has been cleaned and restarted the machine.  I then logged into my account Adobe, picked up an executable of creative cloud clean and installed, followed by a reboot.  I then tried to install 'only' Dreamweaver through the creative cloud app.  I got the same result.  I followed the installation of Dreamweaver with a facility failure own (through the creative cloud) of Lightroom and Photoshop.  Both facilities were spotless and the two programs work correctly.

  I am at a loss. It seems to me that if Lightroom and Photoshop will install, load, and the function it is no reason not to expect Dreamweaver to do the same thing.
