• Where is DeHaze to 6.4 LR

  Hello

  I have 6.4 LR, I've been a user since Ver3 and have always updated when arrived it from new versions of this pretty fantastic program.

  But I just saw a few tutorials DeHaze sliders in the effects of falling down...

  Well, they don't seem to exist in my version. Someone else you have this problem?

  Because this feature is not part of the 6 of Lightroom. This is a feature that has been added after that Lightroom 6 came out, so it is currently only available in Lightroom CC. When / if Lightroom 7 is finally released as a stand-alone product, you will be able to buy the upgrade and it will probably be the filter dehaze like other features that are added to Lightroom CC. Lightroom 6 will receive periodic updates that will provide support for additional cameras, but he won't have all the new features.

  I can't find the button dehaze.  I'm going under effects, but the option is not there 6 Lightroom.  I checked the calibration of the camera and it is fixed in 2012 (current) where a video I checked it says that it should be set to this setting.  Any ideas?

  Dehaze slider is available only for the CC users, not the standalone version 6.

  Dehaze is different because, according to Adobe, "Dehaze technology is based on a physical model of the way the light is transmitted, and it tries to estimate the light that is lost due to absorption and diffusion through the atmosphere." So there's an element of analysis of scene sensitive to the content at a level that is beyond what is clarity.

  It is probably not enough to describe tonal which varies Dehaze changes, because I think dehaze varies according to what it changes depending on if she thinks that an area is blurred or not. Dehaze will affect blur/background areas of non-brumeux/foreground areas, where the exposure/contrast/clarity would adjust overall image of the same amount.

  In the tab made effects that Adobe recommends to get tab elementary also correct as possible (White Balance, in particular) before applying Dehaze. But also because it can create a mist if you use negative values.

  Make sure you actually running LR CC 2015.1.1.  Help > System Info - what is the exact version?  Mine says "version of Lightroom: CC 2015.1.1 [1032027] '.
