  I would like to inform you that if your son is using Microsoft account he used to connect to the installation of Windows 8, then it is not possible to disconnect.

  1 reset (if that doesn't fix it, go to step 2)

  2 uninstall programs from the Microsoft Store, then simply install them again. (If anything, go to step 3)

  I suggest you to bring the observer log files event to find the exact cause, which is the origin of the problem.

  Follow the steps to collect the log files:

  • Go to start, type event viewer. This will bring up the tile of the event viewer , click here to open the event viewer.
  • In the left pane, expand Windowslogs. Click on Application log and highlight the first event in the log and use the arrow keys to scroll down.
  • Most of your event will be information. You may see errors of Redor yellow warnings . If you see a red error, you can double-click on it to bring it and copy the contents into a document.

  I was so frustrated with Windows 8, I got my new computer to Best Buy.  They didn't have computers that they could sell me other than Mac which had nothing else but Windows 8.   They sold me their Geek Squad package, restore my computer to its original state.  Reinstalled my software.  So today, I downloaded the game applications Microsoft Solitaire Collection.  I had the same game with the same problems as before.  Stuck in the mode of a suit, never gives me an option to change costumes 2 or 4.   Does not show my stats I used in the 2 pressurized suits.  Must have something to with xbox live, which I'm not interested.  I want to just relax with the spider that I play for years.

The shuffle seems to have a strange separation of cards that does not match the random shufle with real cards. Today, I bought a new card game and won the first game of solitaire. I turned down the cards, went to MS lonely and lost several matches. I have reopend the pack and wins a second real card game. I then searched for other solitaire games on the web, where I won several times more than with the version of Ms.

  Any help is greatly apprciated, numb left arm from the elbow to the wrist, I pinched a nerve with this game, it will disappear.
