  Ive had problems to install apps on my laptop. I talked to the customer and they said that they would need my product key and it was on a sticker on the underside of my laptop. Yes, there was a sticker, but apparently not the correct code. I asked what exactly was the product key, but she could not really explain it and just kept saying that it's a code. the only code that I could find in my laptop in my control panel says product key, followed by most of the numbers in 'X' - ed out. now they say I have to buy a new code, but I've never bought a code first. can someone clear this up for me until I throw the laptop out the window?

  Since you bought the Kit Genuine get, you must have an email from the store, citing your key.

  If you log in to the store, using the same account that you used for the purchase, the key is also required here.
