where to set the $baseurl variable in IOM?

Hi all

I use the notification template on the user of IOM and the administration-> advanced-> system console...

and there is a model that uses the $baseUrl variable. Everything of fine until you want to send the notification, because when the notification is sent, the baseurl contains an incorrect host name, I mean:

I want the $baseurl to be "oim.mycompany.com", but it looks like "idm.mycompany.com" and its a mistake because if the user wants access to the IOM, he couldn t access.

Is there a place to configure this $baseurl variable? (IOM in the database or WebLogic, I was tried but not found success.)

Thank you!

Check the value of OimFrontEndURL in the browser of MBean for IOM of EM system.

  • Set the FileGlobal Variable for SequenceFileLoad

    Hello community,

    Using 32-bit Teststand 2014

    I do a test on model of batch and I want to change the NumTestSockets in the ModelOptions sequence when loading the file in the sequence. I have created a fileglobals variable, and then set the default value to 1. I tried to change the fileglobals variable in the SequenceFileLoad sequence, but it does not show my fileglobals update variable and just 1 when I run my sequencefile.

    How can I do to change a variable fileglobal when I load my movie file and have it stick, so when I run my the NumTestSockets sequence file is updated?

    The FileGlobal variable values do not persist in the executions. That's why your 'NumberOfControls' variable is reset to its default value of 1 after the recall of SequenceFileLoad is done running. A Variable overall Station would last since its recorded on the disk in the StationGloabls.ini, but it would be available to the entire station rather than just your file of the client's sequence.

    A better solution might be to set the default value in your SequenceFileLoad callback:

    RunState.SequenceFile.Data.FileGlobalDefaults.NumberOfControls = 3

    Hope this helps,

    Trent

  • UploadJars.bat - how to set the env variables automatically

    Hello

    As we know until we call UploadJars.bat, we define as APP_SERVER, OIM_ORACLE_HOME environment variables and so on. I wonder if we can set values of these variables in the batch file itself so that it will not ask for these variables, whenever we run this script. I tried adding these variables in Uploadjars.bat but it didn't work.

    Someone at - he tried to make it work?

    Enjoy your entries.

    Thank you

    Have you tried to use setx rather than the game? setX set environment continuously variable so you won't need to do it every time.

    Alternatively, you can edit the setEnv.bat and set these variables at the top of the script, just after the REMs and before the echo commands.

  • Global Application contexts - where to set the identifier of the customer?

    Hello

    I try to use contexts of global application in the context of an implementation of fine-grained access control.
    It is an e-Business Suite environment, more precisely of CRM, is a multilevel environment.
    Users access the two screens and OA framework based forms.

    I think I need to use the global application contexts because users can have multiple database sessions.
    In addition, all users login using the same database connection account.

    As much I can define a unique identifier for a user who persists throughout all their sessions I do use set_context settings, username and client_id below: -.

    DBMS_SESSION.set_Context (namespace = > 'XXUOM_CONTEXTS',)
    attribute = > "EXEMPT_FROM_VPD_POLICIES"
    VALUE = > l_exempt,
    username = > USER,
    client_id = > pi_user_id);

    The problem I have is to find a suitable place to set the client identifier.

    I don't know if the value is to be eliminated by another code or if the value is not used in all sessions.

    I use: -.

    DBMS_SESSION. Set_Identifier (pi_user_id)

    The tables that I call after insert triggers either icx_sessions or fnd_logins.

    However, the identifier of the customer is always null when I question him within the application, through: -.

    SELECT SYS_CONTEXT ('USERENV', 'CLIENT_IDENTIFIER') of double

    If I put the value via a rule of customizing a form, the value remains.

    I would be very happy if someone can advise me on where I'm wrong.

    Andy

    Thanks a lot for the pointers. Add DBMS_SESSION. SET_IDENTIFIER (FND_GLOBAL. User_name) does the work.

    Good.

    I want to say that this is the solution to my problem, but I am hesitant on the change in package FND_GLOBAL that there is no guarantee that it will not be overwritten by Oracle as part of a future patch/upgrade.

    It is not supported and it will be overwritten for sure.

    The patch proposed in [ID 1130254.1] is no longer exists.

    Log an SR to get this fix (or a replacement).

    I just had a new hard drive installed with XP, and no matter what I set the resolution to, everything now looks stretched horizontally.  I don't have this problem with the old hard drive containing XP

    If you did a clean installation of XP, then you must install the hardware drivers for your components. Go to the website of the manufacturer of your PC, then download and install the latest Windows XP drivers for your model.

  • [ADF, JDev12.1.3] How/where to set the session timeout

    Hallo,

    After a few minutes of inactivity, the browser displays a message to inform that the session is not more active and only OK been must be clicked to refresh the page.

    If a dialog box "btf" has been opened on the left, it becomes...

    I would like to know what is the right place/method to set a deadline.

    If possible I would like that when the timeout checks, the application performs a redirect to a page I like (for example the login page).

    The application of ADF Essentials and is deployed to the GlassFish application server.

    My concern is... what should happen to the open operation / pending when the time-out occurs?

    For example, the user is modifying an af:table but it has not clicked validate or cancel...

    Thank you

    Federico

    I would like to know what is the right place/method to set a deadline.

    For java web applications, you can set the session timeout in the web.xml file. (this is the global settings associated with all sessions)

    If you wish, you can set the timeout of session by program (and this is related only to the current http session).

    If possible I would like that when the timeout checks, the application performs a redirect to a page I like (for example the login page).

    My concern is... what should happen to the open operation / pending when the time-out occurs?

    Well, session is destroyed, it will destroy all instances of AM and do rollback.

  • Where are stored the PLSQL variables?

    Hello community of the Oracle,

    My question - in what section of the PGA / SGA are PLSQL stored variables?

    I mean if I'm going to declare a bunch of 'heavy' variables (for example collections include millions of CLOB) - they could cause the overflow from memory? Or they will flip to TBS temp? (I never heard of a programming language where the variables are not stored in memory)

    Thank you very much

    Ilya Golosovsky

    They are stored in the PGA. They will not be spilled for temp, you will get an error "cannot allocate memory".

  • Conditionally setting the Bind Variables

    I don't suggest my query so that you can "show" the values in columns, but if you include my select in your query you will not need any block pl/sql-in all, something like:

    WITH BASE_DATA AS (SELECT robinst_current_term_code,
           CASE WHEN robinst_current_term_code LIKE '%60' THEN
             40
           CASE WHEN robinst_current_term_code LIKE '%20' THEN
             100
           ELSE
              NULL
           END FIRST_OFFSET,
           CASE WHEN robinst_current_term_code LIKE '%60' THEN
             100
           CASE WHEN robinst_current_term_code LIKE '%20' THEN
             160
           ELSE
             NULL
           END SECOND_OFFSET
      FROM robinst
     WHERE robinst_aidy_code = :aidy
    )
    SELECT ....
      FROM .....,
           BASE_DATA
    WHERE .....
    AND F_ENROLLED_THIS_TERM(RCRESAR_PIDM, current_term - first_offset) = 'Y'
    AND MSU_ENROLLED_HISTORY_TERM(RCRESAR_PIDM, current_term - second_offset) = 'Y'

  • NDOPTION = '3' always sets the null variable

    OK, it's just weird.

    I just want a simple my jspx variable to pass to a method of the App Module. I want the value to be null. So, I use the ndoption = "3". When I do that, however, the value is ALWAYS null. If I take off the NDoption, the value typed in is correctly passed to the method.

    I do not know. Is there a particular reason why you even specify the NDoption? If the value of pNewdate variable binding is null, then your updateEffectiveDate method will receive a null value.

  • Setting the value of an element of Application (defining a global variable);

    Apex 3.2.0.00.27, I need to initialize a global variable to 0 to implement a variable to test to see if something on the page has changed. Will update to 1 when some lists of selection on the page are changed. Read through a few similar questions and answers within the forum, as well as blogs and other sites. So, I think that what I do is the way forward in this regard. Unfortunately, my point/global application initialization is not past yet. Here's an overview of what has been implemented:

    1) has created an element of demand, G_CLASSIFICATION_ID_NEW in the shared components.
    (2) created the Javascript (JS) function called by addLoadEvent area header html page so when the page is loaded, the application global/G_CLASSIFICATION_ID_NEW element should be set to 0 with the following JS and using AJAX and htmldb_GET:

    < script type = "text/javascript" >
    function initVars()
    {
    Alert ("before the initvars get");
    get var = new htmldb_Get (null, $x('pFlowId').value, null, 22);
    Get.Add ('G_CLASSIFICATION_ID_NEW', 0);
    gReturn = get.get ();
    {if (gReturn)}
    Alert (gReturn.value);
    }
    get = null;
    Alert ("after get initvars");
    }

    Alert ("before the call to the initpage");
    addLoadEvent (initVars ());
    < /script >

    I used the htmldb_Get successfully to populate other global variables and processes on request with onchange THAT JS call in the attributes of html form elements select list on the page. Later, I check the globals via the Session view and research on elements of Application. Unfortunately, I'm missing something, because my G_CLASSIFICATION_ID_NEW never gets filled when I load the page. The Alerts popup every when the page is loaded, so I know that the script is running when the page loads. alert (gReturn.value) is not defined. And, of course, the G_CLASSIFICATION_ID_NEW to 0 does not place.

    I tried the htmldb_Get with her call for a process of application and without (null value). What I read, you should not need to call an application process to have the get.add of the value of the global variable. Here again, this could be where I'm wrong. However, as I mentioned, it works for the other functions called from an onchange to fill a part of the application, but the page has already loaded when the onchange (s) executed. They can work because the page is already loaded when the onchange is called. My point here is that my other on application processes are NOT set or modify global variables at all. The globals are preparing with the get.add (< element app >, < value >) part of my other JS works within the HTML header area. So I'm inclined to believe that I don't need 'application_process = < some_odp >' set parameter, but if it is not true, please let me know. If so, what should be in the application process-that is to say, what would be the purpose of the get.add (< application item >, < value >) if I set the global variable in the application process on because it's the only thing I could think to do within an application process on for this?

    If someone can point out what I'm not understand or, failing to do it here, that would be great. I am doing fine with APEX, but don't consider myself a guru with it immediately. I'm certainly not a JS/AJAX guru, and when things like that, go astray, I get bogged down because I'm not sure of the problem. So, I hope that you gurus who monitor this forum can get going in the right direction.

    Thank you
    Bob
