Why Adobe Premiere have a "criticism-hiccup" when I open Photoshop?

Hello

I use a Windows 7 Toshiba Satellite with 4 GB of RAM and 500 GB HARD drive.

I downloaded Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Media Encoder, Adobe first Pro CC.

I used first to make a video for the work. I have a strict time limit and a very slow internet connection, but I wanted a high-quality software that can help me do the editing work.

I imported my own graphics, animations, etc.. And I realized that I made a small defect with one of the graphs at the end of the video. No big deal right? Open photoshop, make a slight adjustment, reimport.

I opened Photoshop, while the first remained open in a separate window. Finished my photoshop graphics, saved under a new name. I went back to the first and discovered my audio playing is no longer. After confirming that it was not my speakers, settings or preferences, I decided to look at my task manager to see if it was a problem of RAM. 1 GB used by the first, but I know that I attributed my PC to handle it with ease. Closed all the windows, first open upward and I got this:

[Please uninstall and reinstall the product... blah blah blah... error 16]

Tried to open Illustrator, same thing. Media Encoder, same thing, photoshop, same thing. Tried to uninstall it and reinstall (which took forever on my connection), same question. Uninstalled and reinstalled CC, same thing. Tried to follow this guide:https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/configuration-error-cs5.html

And has concluded that the SLStore file does not yet exist, nor does Adobe PCD...

So now I'm in a bit of a pickle. I can't use Sony Vegas because it can support more than 32 files simultaneously. And none of my Adobe products work (and I just uploaded :/) 2 days ago so I'm left with the task of making a high-end, without software video to do. We all know that Windows Movie Maker will not cut it.

Does anyone know why it happened or how I can fix this?
And I have to redo my whole film editing if I saved the file, saved the copy and placed the copy in my documents?

Any help will be appreciated.

Hey John, thanks for your response. I use a laptop, but it isn't dual graphics. I have only a graphics card has. I managed to solve the problem by uninstalling CC and all applications, then I went into my registry and delete everything regarding adobe. Then I downloaded and reinstalled CC and it seems to work from now on, if I will not open two adobe products at the same time.
