I started the thread as a question below.

    So I spent all day on this because Adobe did not anywhere that I could find it. But I'm hoping some of you to save a lot of time wasted... you can't upgrade to the latest version of the application if you have not all updates to Windows 7.


    If you're like me and do not want anything to do with the Windows updates... you may encounter the same problem. Summer/don't I am not at all interested in Windows 10 (who they are sneaking into regular updates) so I don't usually have enabled updates. If you don't... you cannot upgrade your program to the latest version. Creative cloud not even give the option.


    I think it's the Microsoft Visual C++ or something like that who needs update to run the latest version of the software... If you do not have it on your system, you do not install the new updates properly, but be careful not to download sneaky windows 10 "update." Know how it's called blindly here before update you.

    I hope that helps some of you save a whole day unnecessarily.

    Camera filter gross was not with photoshop CS5.

    You have installed the camera raw plugin and not filter raw from the camera.

    You can open files in camera raw using of bridge or just right click on the image and choose open in camera raw.

    The question was answered and I tried the solution and it didn't work.  Since then I've played Spades and got frustrated and tried something new and here's the level has changed.  I came back to close the question, and after checking the help for more information on marking answered, I entered my own response thinking I could mark it as the answer in my e-mail so I could close the question.  Well I can't do that and I will not mark the wrong answer as the answer.  Now, I realize that microsoft probably protects against someone who uses the forum forum or whatever, BUT I want to really close the issue and I only care that someone else uses the correct way to change a level if they like card games to play like I do.

    If you study the occurrence of the blue screen (BSOD), then I'd take a peek at these general guidelines, that I send to people who know the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD).  Help it get the facts you need to solve the problem.

    You need good information to troubleshoot a BSOD and watch what you told Windows XP is generally not very useful unless you want to do a lot of work.  I don't want to do a lot of work to understand a BSOD - I want to understand it now!

    Since the Microsoft Answers forum does not have any kind of information system request when a new question is asked, we know absolutely nothing about your system.  Not knowing the basic information a problem prolongs the frustration and the agony of these issues.

    Thank you MS Answers, allowing the resolution of simple problems as frustrating and a lot of time as possible.

    Armed with this information, you may be able to focus on the cause of your BSOD - if you can't understand it and need some help, post the information requested back here in your next reply:

    Please provide additional information on your system:
    What is your system brand and model?
    What is your Version of XP and the Service Pack?
    Describe your current antivirus and software anti malware situation: McAfee, Symantec, Norton, Spybot, AVG, Avira!, MSE, Panda, Trend Micro, CA, Defender, ZoneAlarm, PC Tools, Comodo, etc..
    The question was preceded by a loss of power, aborted reboot or abnormal termination?  (this includes the plug pulling, buttons power, remove the battery, etc.)
    The afflicted system has a CD/DVD drive work?
    You have a true bootable XP installation CD (it is not the same as any recovery CD provided with your system)?
    Do you see that you think not you should see and when you see it?
    What do not you think that you should see?
    Your system seems to start OK and then crash or didn't he start not at all?
    If your system works fine, what do you think might have changed since the last time it worked correctly?
    Can you make the system crash when you want
    ?  For example, you would say that there is no specific system activity that coincides with the accidents (like watching videos, playing games, etc.).

    The next time your system crashes, provide more information on what you see.

    Here's a BSOD example showing information you provide:
    Send for the nose and the Red arrows (3 to 4 lines total).
    Send all * line STOP message since there are clues in the 4 parameters.
    If there is a name of the file listed in the STOP message, don't forget to include this information too.

  • Why am I not able to share the new folio files?

    I was able to share files of folio fine. Then last week, the slips were download not to the people, I shared with. In addition, when you go into the app from producer of folio, the titles of the articles are there, but the content does not appear. However, I am able to download the folio on my ipad when I connect, although if I connect with the same credentials on a different ipad, nothing shows. I don't know what is happening here. I updated with all the latest tools of folio and downloaded the ipad rebooted more recent content viewer. I created the folio in cs5.5 6 and still nothing. The only unusual thing I'm done my files for the retina, but my full folio is only about 100 MB. This seems to have started just after the recent tools folio updated in June. any help would be greatly appreciated as I work for a very important client.

    Create a new folio with the same files but do it in 1024 x 768 and let us know if it works.

    BTW, are the 2048 x 1536 files? Who has not recommended... use 1024 x 768 and the value of the folio 2048 x 1536.

    I have a DHCP service that I can't disable or configure all settings. If I turn off the service, I lose the internet connection!

    This is not a service that is needed and I think it's the reason why I have so many problems with my computer.

    Check your version (Windows: help > about Illustrator;) Mac: Illustrator > about Illustrator). The last update for 2015 of CC (until November) supports forms live of the ellipses, polygons and lines. Before that, it was just rectangles.

    Go to help > updates to date (or the application of CC) upgrade to 19.2.1.

    Make sure that you are not Firefox running in permanent private browsing mode (don't remember history).
