Why can not download/sync files market CC?

I encountered a problem with the sub-tab 'Market' in the 'Assets' of the Cloud creative control Panel tab. I can't download or synchronize any piece of it. If I select a template file, image, etc. and click on the button 'Download' nothing happens. Nothing appears in my creative cloud folder.

I tried signing off CC and signature, hoping a update can fix, but the problem persists.

I'm under CC 2015 on Win 10 Pro.

I found the problem. My libraries CC thing went on the fritz and preventing market downloads. I closed all Adobe applications and leave the creative cloud Panel. Then I opened the Windows Task Manager, ended the process of CC libraries (or "task" as says Win10). I restarted the table CC and Adobe Illustrator (which made me re - login to my CC account). Once this has been done the components panel market worked.
