  Restart your computer and check, if does not help then:

  Disconnect and connect to the rear of the applicaton of cloud Adobe Creative, click the gear icon > preferences > account > logout.

  Make sure that the product is activated.

Well, I need to burn this video on a DVD with a cool menu and had already created in yet but can not use it because it is installed. I saw in another message of the forum you must re-download the family first CS6, but when I signed in my ID to CreativeCloud.com, found the first CS6 then selected Adobe download Adobe Premiere Pro CS6, opening the old Creative Cloud Download Manager, but first CS6 never appeared.

  I thought it was because I still had first CS6 installed, so I uninstalled, thinking that it works now. I rebooted my Macbook Pro and when I choose the download, it always opens the Download Manager and first CS6 never happens. How can I get first CS6 back on my computer. I need to finish this video and I'm on a deadline.
