Why can't I access my fonts under the active menu in creative cloud?

I did the update for Creative Cloud app. Now I can't access my fonts today. There is a system failure?

Just finished chatting with the customers. The solution for me (on Mac OsX Yosemite 10.10.3) was:

-Click Finder > go (Menu bar) > go to file > copy paste: ' ~ / library ' (without the quotes)

-Go to preferences

-Search for the com.adobe.accmac.plist file

-Rename to "com.adobe.acc.mac.plist_old".

-Revive the creative cloud
