  Open the creative application of cloud and everything in the Middle, you will see a small bar where you can click and view previous versions. Your cc membership allows you to download all cs6 to cc 2014

However, I have not yet downloaded After Effects, so I wonder if I'll be able to access a previous version that has the option to export FLV even if I never downloaded before After Effects.
