  One last thing.  If it's on a Mac and that you have recently updated to the 10.9.3, Mavericks then that makes the users folder hidden, so photos down there could be a problem.

  Sorry to say but 12 items came out a few months before your camera. Adobe stops the files updated camera raw for the older editions of software in order to get people to buy new versions of software when they get a new camera. It happened to me with LR3 when I got a new camera.

  Work towers there but they are a lot of steps, and I think you would be the conversion of files to one format other than RAW (tiff?) and that I'm not sure that will happen the same.

  I think you just need to get a newer items.

• Why can I write only read during continuous samples?

  Hi Tflax,

  The key here is the mechanical action of the button "start gathering. As the mechanical action has been "lock when released" the 'real' value would be read once and then go back to false, then the writing on a measure 'turn on' input file would be true once, that is why it would only write to the file once.

  See this knowledge base and the example of 'Mechanical Actions of Booleans.vi' he mentions.

  With respect to the producer/consumer, I searched "producer-consumer" to ni.com and came up with a description (first cause), a tutorial and an example of using DAQmx all on the first page of results. Definitely use ni.com research because we have many valuable resources available out there.

  Select 10.5. It will give you the latest version. They have not come out with something more recent since Snow Leopard was released.

  Have you tried using an application with Firefox instead of use a plugin or Firefox itself to deal with? Other people have reported problems with the reading of PDFs with Firefox.

  I think you were probably using WordPad before, as has other types of useful files.  Notepad never will work with text files.

  WordPad is a Windows 7 utility and it can manage simple text processing tasks.  It can work with several formats of document files, as you can see by running [type wordpad in the search box on the start menu to find] and then use the Save as command to see the different formats it can handle.

  Just to counter confusion generated by a previous answer, you can tell almost any application to save a file with almost any file extension, but this may be too much unnecessary & confusing.  File formats, an application offers you in its dialog Save under is a guide for formats, it can save as - you should normally accept file extension it offers for any format of file you & your applications can understand what type of file it is.

  Even if raw files have the same extension, they have different formats: each camera model has its own format, and older software are unable to deal with new cameras. New ACR conversion modules are created, but they are not compatible with older versions of items.

  Or you can download the free Adobe DNGconverter which is an independent software (not a plugin) which can batch convert a whole folder of your raw files to DNG format raw that your 10 items can read and modify.

  I just got a new camera Canon 1300 D.

  I took all my photos in RAW format, and I imported these photos using my iMac SD card reader.

  I tried to update the Photos but no update is available.

  Photo shows all the thumbnails (while some are shot mistakenly by Photos), as soon as I double click on the photo to enlarge what this shows is '!'

  I managed to take some pictures where it piles up a RAW with a JPEG, Photos shows the JPEG version without problem. If I try can change and select the RAW format, it says that the RAW file is not supported.

  To read the other threads, I deleted the GROSS content inside the ' / System/Library/Core... "and re-downloaded the last one (6,19) and still no luck."

  I know that the camera is new, and I know the RAW photos handles photos that I imported the same a friends camera (canon 7 d I think). But I'm still an end to lose what to try next.

  Any help would be amazing.

  The reason is simple, as you were told clearly

  It specifies that only the RAW file is not supported.

  Currently supported devices are listed here - Digital camera RAW formats supported by OS X El Capitan - Apple support - support RAW is not brand - it is a specific camera - your camera is not on the list and the 7 d is

  You can wait (usually communicated Apple Canon support quickly) or check out the Adobe RAW converter as a temporary work around if it has a support - and Canon provides RAW conversion software with their cameras that you can us until Apple support is available

  This camera has been added in Lightroom 5.2. Download the trial version and give it a try. Then you can purchase from Adobe and they will send you a serial number. All you have to do is to activate the trial version. The trial version will be 5.3, so your camera will be supported. You can use it for 30 days without restriction. You can buy your serial number at any time during this period.  You can install the trial version and try it without interfering with your current installation of Lightroom at all. There is no risk, the two versions run independently. You can delete Lightroom 4 whenever you want.
